Excellent with needles for botox. Really listens to me about my symptoms and where my pain is. This paperwork in-between procedures is over the top too much. My next scheduled 6 week appt is 8 weeks away!!! Next available! I will be suffering.

Although it’s usually a wait to get in, the care was excellent and I didn’t feel rushed. He explained everything in detail and answered my questions thoroughly. Very grateful we have such a wonderful provider in Alpena.

I won't dont even want to rate this Doctor! Worst experience ever! Never even introduced himself, wouldn't let me ask questions, had a know it all arrogant attitude, continuously cut me off..I gave up! Thank goodness his Assistant/Nurse was awesome...She was the one who explained everything and the procedures to be done (after he left) not him! He left without saying goodbye, [removed profanity] or explaining anything. So, I will be seeking a 2nd opinion. If you need more info, see the survey I completed. Otherwise the rest of the Staff was Absolutely Wonderful! Very nice, thorough and helpful. I've read some of the reviews on Dr. Guglani...It appears I am Not the only one with similar issues with this man. I hope this review makes a difference.
