Watch out for receptionist. She doesn't give you the instructions you need, and doesn't like it when you tell her, "If you want me to play by you office's rules, you must let me know them."

Amanda Radocy is a caring and more than competent professional. In my case, she ordered an MRI that proved invaluable to my care. Because of her professionalism, I've benefited in ways that other pain management clinics may not have thought was important. I'm impressed that she dug a little deeper into my symptoms and I'm in less pain today.

This is more about the pain clinic in general. I think it is awful to give people an appt time of 10:00 with an arrival time of 9:30 and then mark them as a no-show if they don't show up by 9:45. Normally you are marked a no-show if you are 10 min (or whatever the chosen time it) past your appt time, NOT 15 min before. Can someone please explain this to me??? I have to take time off from work to come to these appts and if I am only allotted 1 hour for my lunch time and you expect me to be there 1/2 hour ahead of the appt and then the appt takes longer d/t the doc running behind or whatever the circumstance, now I am late getting back to work, potentially get written up, put more work on my co-workers who have to cover for me. I feel this needs to be looked into. It is very inconvenient and not at all patient friendly.
