Very pleasant, knowledgeable, eager to help. Very busy place, appointments hard to get as soon as I would like. First one didn't work, no relief, they tried. Don't plan on procedure soon, but they do their best.

My experience with Amanda has always been excellent. I do however have a concern regarding the LPN that was involved in my care at my last appointment. While she seems competent her approach and interaction with patients leaves a great deal to be desired. She has the absolutely unacceptable habit of addressing patients not by their name or Ma'am/Sir. Instead she uses the horribly unprofessional "Honey", "Sweetie", "Darling" etc... I found this to be not up to MyMichigan's professional standards of care regarding patients. I did mention this observation to Amanda and she was concerned as well.

Amanda is very professional and tries to help me as much as she can. It is a process right now. I am scheduled for injections. I like her very much and her staff.
