The "evaluation" was just the nurse reading the MRI report to me - which I had done myself a month prior - and asking my symptoms. No details as to why. No physical examination. Very hurried. Offered a shot or ablation procedure. My expectations were low going in and met. Completely disappointed.

I’ve had 3 appointments and the entire staff is very friendly, answering any questions or concerns I may have had. Amanda is very thorough, compassionate and spent time explaining the next step to help me with my back issues and pain. The doctor who did my first procedure was kind, compassionate, gentle and competent keeping me at ease during my procedure. I would recommend this pain management program to anyone who doesn’t want to rely on pain medications.

This was a first introduction meeting, but they were able to come up with a plan and got me scheduled for the first phase of this plan right away. Everyone there was so easy to work with, very polite, friendly and professional. Thanks so much! I have hope for the future.

Going to the pain clinic is the best thing I’ve done. Wish I had gotten Botox shots for my migraines sooner. Everyone is friendly.

Very poor communication with everyone from reception to provider to even scheduling clerk. Did not value my time at all. I am a disabled veteran and felt like a second class citizen there. Do not use this provider...
