Very poor communication with everyone from reception to provider to even scheduling clerk. Did not value my time at all. I am a disabled veteran and felt like a second class citizen there. Do not use this provider...

Any concerns that I have Amanda has tried to address them. If pain pops up in a different area than what I am there for she will treat that area also.

My appointment for the procedure is scheduled 2 months out. Very upset that I’ve started with this pain center in August to get pain relief and it’s scheduled for December???

Everyone from the front desk, nurses, check out and everyone in between are ALWAYS so kind, friendly, smiles on their faces. Understanding. I can’t say enough about the staff. They are wonderful!!!

I love the pain clinic and staff. The nurses and doctors are supreme. Truly. Courteous, kind, funny, thoughtful, even clean ya up with a nice wet rag after you get back injections! The ladies and men at the MMH Pain clinic are literally some of my favorite staff, from the front office staff to the NPs, surgery staff and beyond. Even though the shots are painful, they make the whole process as comfortable as possible. Literally can’t wait to come BACK.

Amanda really listens to your concerns and follows thru on those concerns. I was having hip pain different than what they were treating me for and set up a new appointment to take care of the hip pain.
