Caring and patient doctors, nurses and support staff, who have a welcoming manner! Appointments are on time, and staff is available to answer questions. It is easy to contact care givers through the portal or even call to speak to a nurse for urgent questions. Very grateful to be a patient at MD Anderson South!

Professional atmosphere of staff, cleanliness of facility. Ease of parking and locating the area you need to be in. Drs. were very pleasant, took great amount of time with you to explain what the plan is for your treatment. Answered all questions very knowledgeable and explained in terms that you could understand. All in all a great experience considering the reason that I am seeing the doctors.

This TEAM is AMAZING!! From day one consultation to my diagnosis thru to survivors everyone was always so kind, compassionate, loving and genuine!!! I was at one of my deepest and darkest times and my life and this team just rallied around me! Everyone from reception, medical assistants , specialty (MRI, Mammogrqphy) to the surgeon and providers are gifted, and are truly a blessing!!!
I thank God for each and everyone, who was part of my care team! God bless them all individually and collectively!!

Angela Mays takes her time and answers all my questions at each visit. She listens to what I have to say and offers suggestions. She actually looked at the paper I had to fill out while I was waiting for my appointment. I find in other doctor appointments, I have filled out a questionnaire and nobody seems to read it. I also like that Angela Mays gives her opinion/suggestion and then asks if that is something I would like to do. You feel like you have a voice in your treatment.

Very professional staff. The facility and personnel are top notch. Dr.’s Lisa McElligott and [full name] are the best. My cancer treatment with MD Anderson Group was great and really made the process less stressful and difficult. They are the best.
Lorene has been very helpful in my progress as well. I couldn’t have done it without the whole team.
