I felt my PA listened and understood to each of my concerns with extreme patience. I felt she was an expert in her field and confident about the course of action I needed to take. She took the time to explain each of the possible next steps for me and reduced my anxiety about the imaging process.

Angela Mays is a big reason! She is sincere and really listens!Angela takes time to answer my questions and concerns completely. I never feel rushed.I appreciate seeing the person who is familiar with my case rather than a different person for each appointment.It helps to build confidence in my healthcare provider.

The staff Cathy, Randy, the one that took my vitals and APRN Mays are very friendly, greets me with peasant smile that would make a bad day turn into a good one. They staff is also professional and knowledgeable and efficient in their hints. They go above and belong the call of duty.

Dr. [full name] is an awesome Doctor/Surgeon. Very caring and concerned about the patient and explains everything to you. She takes a lot of time with you and answers questions that you have. Her PA Lisa McElligott is just as awesome. They are a great team. The nurses that weigh you and do vitals are personable, pleasant, caring, humorous at times which makes your journey easier for me. Kudos to BMDA!

Genuine caring and friendly staff at Baptist Clay. The facility is bright and clean. Angela Mays was wonderful, she took the time to listen and gave good solid answers. My physical exam was very through and I felt comforted by the results. Amanda, my research liaison is always so happy and cheerful. Her commitment to her patients is incredible. She goes above and beyond. i don’t know how she does it but she brings so much joy. I left my appointment feeling happy and well cared for.

My wait was reasonable. Front desk gentleman was kind and helpful. Seriously, helped me with several questions I had about my patient information form. The whole facility is very clean and appealing. My PA and doctor spent plenty of time with me as I explained in detail my obvious and nonobvious issues.Since I can have some “sad” days wondering what might happen next in my case, I was surprisingly receptive to MD Anderson’s availability of a variety of “support “ options for expressing, dealing and coping with any of my case facts and prospective outcomes.
This probably sounds like a paid endorsement but I’m just a regular person and I mean everything I’ve stated here.
Also, I live out of the Jacksonville area and the.drive to and from this location is well worth it. I thank God for the ble blessing and availability of our professional medical care.
