Mrs. Esch always seems to ask the me the right questions, listens to my answers and comments and offers constructive feedback - sometimes the feedback is what I expected, and sometimes it differs, but she provides an explanation for the difference.

It took a LONG time to get this appointment. I did appreciate Kathryn and her care but more providers and more availability of appointments would be appreciated.

I was very reluctant to start CPAP therapy but after Katie explained the benefits you want to do this. I found that she always answers your questions honestly and respects your feelings.

Katie Esch is that rare and highly surprised combination of compassion and competence. One of the things I look for in good healthcare is when the Healthcare provider offers information and education for the patient. Katie Esch is very good at that And I very much appreciate all that her office is doing to help me get through this difficult medical situation.

Katy Esch is easy to talk to and provides excellent support in using and reviewing the benefits of my CPAP machine for sleep apnea. Her nurse is also helpful in reviewing current medications and any health concerns over the year since last checkup. I would recommend her for ensuring good care for management of sleep difficulties.

Kathryn is always listening to us and what our struggles might be and addresses them straight away. The office staff is wonderful and so helpful, we feel like a person when we are there and not just a number.
