They were so helpful with ideas to make my Cpap experience easier They noted all my needs and had the prescription available for me to get my supplies by the next day Also, I had to reschedule my original appt and they offered me the option of an online appt much earlier than I could have gotten an in person one. It worked great since all we had to do was to discuss my results and get my supplies authorization

I had no issues with my appointment aside from technical issues with the connection. WHAT I DO HAVE ISSUE WITH IS THAT WHOMEVER DICTATED MY APPOINTMENT USED THE WRONG PRONOUNS EVERY SINGLE TIME. This goes against UofM’s respect policies and I will file a formal complaint.

Dr. Esch and her team will definitely look out for what’s best for you and hear you out completely. I definitely didn’t feel like she was looking for the easiest way to get results (in a good way), and felt like she wanted to look at the reason for visit from all angles. A very thorough medical professional, and worker, and I am very relieved to know I found the right doctor
