From the front desk ladies, to every single amazing person in the back! Nurses, doctors, just the entire staff has been AMAZING to me and my family. Have ALWAYS went above and beyond. I will always recommend this doctors office to Mothers looking :)

Everyone is always so friendly. There is never usually a long wait like other offices I have been to in the past. My kids feel comfortable and happy.

The front office staff at Fleming island is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Chan is great with both of my boys! I would trust all the doctors with my children.

Your office takes such good care of my little girl. We can always get an appointment whenever we need, and our concerns are typically resolved in one visit. I will always appreciate APRN Mary Ann Hanson for catching the start of pneumonia in my toddler last year, getting an xray and ordering treatment to get it resolved - and then remembering her this past weekend when we came in for an eye infection!

I love everything about the office. The staff is kind and efficient. The doctors are knowledgeable, patient, and they take time to listen. The building is also so beautiful. I love the architecture that is visible in the waiting area. So much natural light feels both clean and welcoming.

I love how clean and efficient they are. One of the fears that I have is my child getting sick while going for a wellness check. I love that they split the room & that they were quick to room us, minimizing any exposure. The staff was kind and appeared to genuinely care about being gentle towards my toddler during immunization. Great work to all involved.

Staci the nurse was incredibly friendly and helpful with getting situated as we were new to the practice with a newborn. Emily the PA was incredibly thorough and personable! The office is also beautiful. I’m excited to have my children cared for here.

Love that the nurse line always gets back to me promptly and that same day appointments are always offered...even if it's not really an illness/emergency on my part. My son is now 18 & doesn't want to go to an adult doctor because he is comfortable with the entire staff. He loves Dr. Sauer!

What do I not love about this place?! As a parent of two, my husband and I are so happy with this place. I love Dr. Sauer and the other physicians. They have very friendly and kind nurses as well as fantastic office staff. I so appreciate it when they see me coming with a large double stroller and run outside to open the door for me. What a special, welcoming, friendly friendly place. Any concerns I have are always taken seriously. Am never made to feel stupid and in fact, they have really empowered me as a new parent. Thank you!
