The scheduling staff are nice and very helpful. The nurses are attentive, efficient and professional. I love my Doctor ([last name]) and PA (Cislo). They are my primary care doctors. They are both caring and detailed professionals. I'm sure the other doctors at this location are too.

You are able to accomodate urgent appointments, so I am not utilizing emergency care services for silly things like UTI'S. I had used Teledoc but they are now refusing to treat me being over the age of 60 ...Sheesh. I can usually get appointment next day, and is nice that the can see my past medical history. All around, the best kind of medical care ...it fits all potential issues/needs

I usually see Dr. [last name] but had an urgent need and she was booked but luckily her PA Shannon had availability. First time meeting Shannon and she is phenomenal! Extremely friendly , easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Glad to know If Dr. [last name] is booked again and I’m needing an urgent appointment I can book with Shannon again. Would recommend her to anyone.

Every portion of the appointment went great from the ease of scheduling, check in and the visit with the doctor. PA-C Cislo was great and she listened intently to all of my symptoms and is working toward formulating a plan and figuring out what's going on. Everyone including the nursing staff was very professional. I still have some diagnostic testing to get done and am looking forward to getting it done and either confirming or eliminating a cause.
