My physician Dr. [last name] and the person who is there that draws blood. I'm sorry to say I don't know his name, but he is FANTASTIC! He has NEVER caused ANY pain in any blood draw!! And, the office staff are polite. I just met Shannon Cislo. I really liked her bedside manner. I'm sorry that Dr. [last name] is leaving the office, but I'm thinking that Shannon Cislo, although not a MD, might be a good fit for me.
