The girls at the front desk are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The man who works in the lab is so friendly, puts you at ease and is a great phlebotomist. Dr. Cudmore is amazing, so easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his patients. I feel very blessed to have found Dr. Cudmore and the entire staff at Baptist Primary Care Callahan.

Professional, sincere, caring Doctors office. Always responds to messages in the app. My doctor always spends.time to answer my questions, I don't feel like he is in a rush to get me out the door.

Every one is so nice. Its very welcoming when you arrive. My doctor actually takes the time to listen to my issues and he addresses each one. I love that im not rushed in and out without answers like doctors ive seen before. When I leave I feel im on the right track of becoming better. Love this office.

From the people in the front office, to the nurses and the doctors, I experienced nothing but professionalism and help. They all seemed to care and do what I needed them to do. I loved Dr. [last name] and was very upset when she left, but my visit with Ms. May was wonderful and I fell in love with her too. She didn't hurry me and she listened to what I said. I felt confidence that she would take care of my health needs. Please tell her thank you for me.

The wait time is reasonable. The staff is friendly. Stephanie May is awesome and kind. She listens and is engaging. She never rushes me and discusses my plan of care. She never makes me feel like I can't question something or get more information. We make a plan together that I am comfortable with.

The staff is very professional and attentive. I feel my primary doctor listens to my health concerns and responds to my requests, and needs, as well as answers my questions. I have never felt rushed and he has never seemed distracted.

I had Stephanie May an APRN for my first time and I felt very comfortable with her knowledge and approach to understanding me and my medical concerns was point on. I'm very pleased with Babtist primary care of Callahan after only a couple of bumps in the road over the years usually due to change of staffing. It's clean,close, and convenient for me as I live close by. I'd highly recommend this establishment to a friend or stranger with confidence in the service they would receive.
