Had a horrible experience with Scott Zhaner. He had horrible bedside manner, did not listen to my concerns and was very pushy about a specific treatment that I did not want to do. He blamed my acne on being a woman which was very rude and I overall just felt like he did not care. I love this practice but absolutely will not be seeing Scott again.

Had a biopsy taken November 5th and no one called as indicated and when I followed up on November 19 I had a bacterial infection that could have been treated sooner. Someone dropped the ball.

Visit was very good, except for full body exam. Nurse told me I should remove all my clothes except underwear and put on a gown or not, whichever I chose. The doctor would be in shortly thereafter. I was going to go without a gown, but (being a male) then I thought the doctor may bring a nurse (who was female) back in. While the situation was professional, I didn’t want to embarrass the nurse, or perhaps myself so I put a gown on before the doc came in. If anything, it was sort of awkward for me. More because not only the nurse, but another female shadowing the Dr. was brought into the room as well.
