Always professional, friendly and the best at solving your problem. The entire office staff is a pleasure to deal with. I have only seen Dr. Scott and Dr. Melanie . There is never a wait time and I can honestly say it's my favorite practice to visit. Oh, and thank you for squeezing me in at the very last minute.

If you are having scalp and/or hair loss problems, I cannot recommend a more caring and understanding dermatologist than Dr. Zahner. I had been to other dermatologists who were supposed to be specialists with hair loss, but both did absolutely nothing to help me. Dr. Zahner was highly recommended by my neurologist but I was still skeptical that I would receive the help I desperately needed as I was losing hair everyday. I now have a full head of hair and no more scalp inflammation. Dr. Zahner listened to my concerns and explained the probable causes and how he would treat the hair loss and scalp inflammation. He assured me that I would see a difference and gave me hope that my situation was not permanent. He was right! Do not hesitate to see Dr. Zahner, you will not be disappointed.

An absolute professional and nice person that is so thorough! He misses nothing and loves less pain, including the use of topical chemo agents instead of cutting on you. He's also outstanding on the business side of Healthcare.
