Most importantly, Dr. Scott Zahner - with his cheerful energy - listened to me and gave the best advice. His assistant also had a very efficient and positive energy. I was taken right on time and, as always, the office and labs are beautifully appointed and immaculate.

I did get a blister from the liquid nitrogen sprayer. It seems hard to focus on a small area.

Visit feels rushed, doctor was done with full body exam very quickly. Under 7-8 minutes. The two concern areas in my back were ‘nothing’. I’m a breast cancer survivor, I stated this during the visit, there wasn’t much compassion. Doctor and staff are nice people but I didn’t get much education and did not feel heard.

My appointment was at 3pm and was expected to be here 15 min early. I waited until 345 to be seen. Was not once given a heads up that it will be a while, I had to ask and tell them I had to leave soon and miraculously I was able to do my appointment at that time

I do a yearly body scan. I just wish the Doctor would slow down and talk to me more, rather than finish a general "How are you feeling overall" question as he walks out the door...

I was worried about a suspicious 'spot' on my arm. I was able to get in to see the doc within a couple of days. The wait time was minimal. He completely reassured me that it was not anything to worry about. Yay!
