Initial visits as a new patient to a practice are always clumsy. Aside from the forms and history paperwork, the visit was good: only a minor wait, helpful, friendly and knowledgable doctor and staff.

From the moment I made my appointment to the moment of check out it seemed all they cared about was that ii would have to pay bc i hadn’t met my deductible. Very off putting after 15 years I’m somewhere else after this

The office decor is beautiful and gives off a comfortable and relaxing vibe. The receptionist has an absolutely delightful personality and very professional. Upon meeting Tanya (nurse) and Dr. Zahner, I immediately felt relaxed and warmly welcomed.

I wasn’t offered more than one treatment option for each of two problems. The meds are very expensive. I’m concerned that my nose wasn’t thoroughly examined for cancer. I wasn’t offered the chance to remove toenail polish which I forgot to do before coming to my appointment.

The care provided by Dr. Zahner's is outstanding. He listens closely to my concerns and efficiently creates a treatment plan. He even listened to my unfounded (emotional) concern and allowed me to increase the frequency of my office visits. I'm blessed to have him as my physician.
