You can tell he is an incredibly caring, calm, and most importantly, intelligent provider. Doesn’t seem rushed, yet also doesn’t keep you in the exam room for longer than is needed. Meets you where you’re at and talks to you like a human. I’ve had my bout of, unfortunately, incompetent providers in the past few months, so it’s refreshing to see someone who really knows his sh*t and truly wanting me to get back to my active lifestyle.

This is my second ankle surgery with Dr.Hirose. He explains the injury showing the MRI results. Then, he explains the procedure to improve the function of the ankle and decrease the pain. He also honored my request to be in a splint rather than a cast.

I have recommend Justin to close friends and family I trust him and appreciate his kindness which often is not the case with a lot medical professionals overloaded and under appreciated. His smile and laughter are contagious.

Dr. Hirose is "down to earth" in his explanations and ultimately gives you the choice whether or not you want to proceed. I trust him and this is the second surgery I have seen him for.

We depend on Dr. Swensen to take care of [name]'s feet and nails. He was recommended while in practice with Dr. Hirosi, [name]'s Surgeon and we trust and value his opinion on what is going on with [name]'s feet and nails. Since beginning with Dr. Swensen [name]'s nails are no longer black and the nails digging into his toes no longer. So sorry you will not allow Dr. Swensen to continue with nail care for [name].

Dr. Yorgason has an awesome personality and is easy to talk with. Answers my questions in terms that I understand. I'm new with St. Al's Ins. and have only seen him twice but am so happy to have him as my Doctor.

Dr. Hirose seems to always be in a hurry to get the visit done and on about his business. He's a surgeon, I understand that, but a little more time allotted to query the patient a bit about challenges faced since surgery would have been nice after leaving there, a 10-12 minute visit with him after x-rays, some questions came to mind that had he prompted me a bit, I think I could have had him answer them for me. Just an observation on my part.

Wish the nail care at St. Alphons was going to continue. With my feet being numb all the time, the routine maintain helps me make sure that everything is okay health wise. Don't want to lose any more toes.
