I think he should be the trainer for lots of your other doctors regarding bedside manner, how to talk to patients and just have a rapport with them.

He is great to talk to and takes the time to explain what is going on with my foot and what I can do to help the recovery go best. He gave me the confidence that I will be able to do the things I want to be able to do when it comes time. Like bowling by the middle of August. He encourages you instead of trying to defeat you.
