Dr. Hirose is very kind and respectful. Sometimes it’s it would be nice ti have more details like possible negative effects of surgery.

Provider is amazing, a 15 min appointment window for him set by St. Lukes makes me feel like a number not a patient.

He took his time and listened to my story - he took his time to do a physical exam -- he did not rush to conclude surgery was a necessity -- he spoke as if he cared.

My copay was a little high for a 10 minute conversation in my opinion the wait time after I got into the back was long to needlessly say it was anywhere from 15 minutes to a half an hour

I get awfully tired of waiting half an hour with one shoe off. It would be great if the provider treated my time with the respect that they demand of their time.
