This survey ask how often did the providers wash their hands. It was not applicable, because they wore gloves. Maybe adding an additional choice of “wore glove” should be added. I never saw anyone washing their hands. Wearing gloves seemed very appropriate.

The very first time I met him it was apparent that Dr. Swensen knew his business. He told me things from his observation that were spot on and gave me an opportunity to discuss those issues. The provider did not wash his hands but put fresh gloves on. I fact I think he had 2 layers so no need to wash in my mind. I hope I haven't forgotten he started with washing...
