The office staff was very helpful and kind. The check on was quick, and the waiting time was minimal. My nurse was pleasant and remembered me. My doctor was on time, very patient oriented, and discussed/explained my check in results. There was no rush, and I gould ask any questions I might have had.

Dr. Lyons is very easy-going and easy to communicate with, which he does clearly with his examination findings. Doesn't try to guilt trip you into taking vaccinations that you don't want. NP Jonathan, kind and caring, provided quick diagnosis and treatment plan for a UTI on my recent visit. Which, btw, I was able to see her within an hour of my contacting the office through the Baptist portal. The lab technician and office staff has also always been friendly and helpful every time I've visited the office. Every appointment I've scheduled since changing my PCP to Dr. Lyons, I've been seen within a few minutes of checking in. So, what's not to like?

Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. I can call if I have a question and they are on top of it and help anyway they can.
Dr Lyons is wonderful he has helped me immensely. Since I have been seeing him I take less medicine and my diabetes numbers are improving, my health is better than it has been in a long time. I could not imagine going anywhere else and be made to feel the same way. If you are looking for a new doctor and staff I recommend them whole heartedly. If you want people that are caring,friendly and just plain super. You will not be disappointed.

First of all I am extremely happy with my doctor. He is very patient oriented. He takes the time to address your concerns. I haven't met any of the other physicians but have heard good things about them through other people other patients who have seen them at their office visits. I like the convenience of having the lab there at the office since I do have to get a lot of labs drawn. Also the office is close to where I live. Staff is always helpful. All and all I am very pleased with the office and yes I have recommended it to several people.
