Although I know that I have a specific amount of time for my appointment, I don't ever feel rushed by my doctor. I feel that she listens to my concerns and addresses them. I don't have to wait months to get an appointment. I am able to receive vaccines and blood work in house. This is very convenient. Overall, the whole office staff makes me feel valued.

Dr. Driver and her team are the best. Front staff, Dr. Driver's nurse, Dr. Driver, and the phlebotomist where all great. They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this team to anyone looking for an amazing PCP.

Office is organized and wel run. All employees are attentive and polite. My doctor was extremely thorough. He listened to me and utilized our entire conversation for my treatment. I am new resident of Jacksonville, and he set me up with the specialists that will help with my care. I chose the correct primary care facility

My PCP and staff at the office are very accommodating. As a person who gets nervous at the doctor, this was a very comforting experience. There was no wait when I arrived for my appointment and I like that I could fill out almost all of the paperwork ahead of time.
