Although I know that I have a specific amount of time for my appointment, I don't ever feel rushed by my doctor. I feel that she listens to my concerns and addresses them. I don't have to wait months to get an appointment. I am able to receive vaccines and blood work in house. This is very convenient. Overall, the whole office staff makes me feel valued.

Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr Covington Simms is THE BEST. My son even said after my last visit when I told him the news and the plan, "Wow, she's a really good doctor! When I need a primary I'll see if she's in my plan!"

Our Doctor!. Dr. Simms is wonderful. She is pleasant and always greets us with a smile and a big "How are you doing today". She listens to everything we say and offers comments and suggestions to help us. She always follows up on our medical care and makes us feel very comfortable that we are getting the best care we can. She is the reason we continue to use this office/medical practice.

The staff are all great, very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate people. I am impressed that they remember us and call us by name when we walk in!! The lab facilities are a convenience I appreciate, get it all done in one visit and not have to go elsewhere. This location is very convenient and accessible for me.
