The people. Definitely the people. And that it's small enough that everybody quickly knows who the patients are -- the office feels like new patients are old friends. And that's (almost) just as important to me as competent medical care.

It's quiet which conveys an atmosphere of professionalism. I've been in medical offices where the front desk staff is loud, laughing, and talking which doesn't convey a professional attitude or office. " you only have one chance to make a first impression."

The office staff was very helpful and kind. The check on was quick, and the waiting time was minimal. My nurse was pleasant and remembered me. My doctor was on time, very patient oriented, and discussed/explained my check in results. There was no rush, and I gould ask any questions I might have had.

Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are wonderful. I can call if I have a question and they are on top of it and help anyway they can. Dr Lyons is wonderful he has helped me immensely. Since I have been seeing him I take less medicine and my diabetes numbers are improving, my health is better than it has been in a long time. I could not imagine going anywhere else and be made to feel the same way. If you are looking for a new doctor and staff I recommend them whole heartedly. If you want people that are caring,friendly and just plain super. You will not be disappointed.

First of all I am extremely happy with my doctor. He is very patient oriented. He takes the time to address your concerns. I haven't met any of the other physicians but have heard good things about them through other people other patients who have seen them at their office visits. I like the convenience of having the lab there at the office since I do have to get a lot of labs drawn. Also the office is close to where I live. Staff is always helpful. All and all I am very pleased with the office and yes I have recommended it to several people.
