Front desk are very friendly and polite. Appreciated having appointment completed in a timely manner. Also was able to give blood for test right there at the office. It is nice not having to travel to another location.

I had a lady PCP that I loved, she retired, so I saw a5star lady Dr, the person on the phone told me to go ahead and start with an available male Dr and later you can switch over. Then when I did I was informed I couldn't change later, but I found Dr Lyons to be easy to work with and knowledgeable.

The women out front are great. It’s nice that they recognize you when you come in to check in. June is a favorite and she too is personable and friendly. Does a great job on prepping before Dr. Lyons comes in. Dr. Lyons has always been great. Interested in my concerns and quick to listen. He has been influential in following my medical needs and following up with information and further suggestions.

If you have an appointment if you check in on time you don’t sit n wait long. The girls in the office who check you in. Are so nice n efficient. Lyons nurse is awesome she is easy to talk to n takes good care of me. N of cours Dr Lyons is good at his job n helps me thru my issues. When my old Dr left I wasn’t sure about Dr Lyons but he is a good Dr he cares for his patients

Dr Lyons is such a welcome to me as my new primary doctor. I've been looking for a doctor with the knowledge expertise that meets all the expectations of an excellent doctor. He knew of all of my medications and I am on more than just a few, how they interact and even recommended a new medication that I am confident will help and do the job it is intended to do.. I was so pleasantly surprised by his demeanor and his undivided attention to my needs as a patient that's what we all strive for. I look forward to a long healthy patient doctor relationship with Dr Jesse Lyons!

The business office is run very well, as is the lab on the premises. My doctor is exceptional. I have to say he is the best I have had. The high points are that Dr Lyons is very thorough and listens well. He addresses every point or question I bring up. When I first arrived to the practice and the city, he made sure to set me up with the specialists I might need in the future, as I have several chronic problems. He is also very prompt with any prescriptions I need. He is very professional and easy to talk to. I also appreciate the follow up he writes for me so I follow through. So glad I found Baptist Primary Care and Dr. Jesse Lyons.
