It has a very large and spacious waiting room with plenty of seating available. The check in area is easily accessible and staffed with friendly an capable people.

What an outstanding experience!
Parking was easy, the lobby was spotless and well-organized, and every staff member I encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. I was called back within minutes, and the medical assistant was friendly and professional. The doctor was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and efficient.
I was even able to get my labs done right after my appointment (no more trips to Quest!), and my results—with notes from the doctor—were available in less than 24 hours. This is exactly how healthcare should be delivered.
As a nurse of 20 years, I can honestly say I’ve never seen such seamless coordination and true patient-centered care. I had lost faith in the medical field years ago, but this visit completely restored it.
Well done, Baptist Health—you are absolutely on point.

Wonderful place to go when you need some medical attention. Pumpkins decorated like nurses, and monsters made me smile. Doctor Till always gives me the VIP treatment. I trust his wisdom because he knows how to communicate, and to analyze my symptoms.

Everyone was so friendly, from the front desk to the check-out….which is very important to me. Megan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered ALL of my questions concerning my health and bloodwork. I highly recommend this office.

My first visit was to establish care for a new doctor, after relocating from Wisconsin. From the check-in gals, to the nurse, Dr. Stapleton, and the blood draw gal. Also the gal who called the next day to go over labs. I needed help getting established on the portal and that person was very friendly and accommodating. All very professional and friendly. Felt very comfortable and at ease. Good job to the leadership in training (setting expectations) and hiring the right people. Well done Baptist Healthcare.
