Staff from check-in to check-out was very efficient and caring. Retina Group of Washington's medical IT system enables staff to focus on current state of eyesight and avoid unneeded, repeat testing. Dr B. provided cler answers to my questions.

Dr. Sanders is the ultimate professional. He fixed a retina tear for me several years ago and I have not had a problem since. I see him once each year for a check up and his entire office support staff do their job well.

Dr Lai always comes in the room with a very positive and calm demeanor. Which puts me at ease.And he gives me great advice to stay mentally and physically healthy!But most importantly he explains my condition step by step.I never feel rushed!

Dr. Do is amazing. When I was first diagnosed with AMD, I cried becaause I thought that was a blindness sentance. He reassured me that he would not let that happen, and he hasn't. After 5 years, my eyes are stable and I have good vision in spite of having AMD. I am very grateful for his excellent advice and care.

Dr. Lai a very effective and personable physician. He has been providing eye injections to me for years and knows the idiosyncrasies of my eyes well. Consequently, he makes the experience as comfortable as possible, both during the injection and afterwards as the injected eye recovers. I highly recommend him to patients with wet AMD.

I've seen Dr. Do only 3-4 times. Each time was a really great experience. He is kind, he listens , he's caring and I have never felt rushed. Really a wonderful physician. The office seems to be very well run and all of the front desk people are quite nice. Over all, I look forward to my visits believing there will be no snags on board!!

I see Dr. Garfinkel every 6 months, and he continually impresses me with his skills, warmth, and ability to explain everything in an easy-to-understand manner.
I have been seeing him for the past 10+ years and had 2 retinal tears repaired with laser surgery. He is friendly and caring, while also being very professional and competent. and I highly recommend him.

A very, very impressive neurological ophthalmologist. Exceptional communications skills. Able to explain highly complex and rare conditions, treatment options available, relative pros and cons and potential complications against likelihood of success. Also is proactive in reaching out to my other medical specialists to ensure that he has access to all available data on my case. I cannot more highly recommend him.

Dr. Berinstein has a great bedside manner. He is personable and caring. He is extremely thorough in examining the eyes and taking into consideration all of the pertinent information regarding why a patient has come to see him. He has a good memory of information a patient has told him in the past. I think he is an excellent physician.
