Dr. Xu and the team at RGW in Columbia, MD was excellent. I was greeted promptly and moved through the visit very efficiently. Dr. Xu is personable and spent plenty of time explaining the images that were taken.

My experience with Dr XU was very good. She was very informative, knowledgeable and showed a lot of concern for my eye issue. She was very attentive to listen to me and made sure that I understood the information she provided. This was my first visit with Dr XU.

The staff, as well as the doctor, provided such professional and pleasant service. The process was well-organized and completed promptly. There were no long waiting periods. All paperwork was explained clearly. Everyone offered the option to answer any questions I had.

My meeting with Dr. Mogil was brief, concise, & happy-making: no changes to my retinal health. This was particularly welcome news because a sr. resident at the UVa Med Ctr Eye Clinic whom I had seen for a different issue a wk earlier announced to me I had macular degeneration. Dr. Mogil assured me his diagnosis was off the cuff and wrong. She pointed to the evidence that countered his conclusion. She commiserated kindly with me about the anxiety that beset me during the wk beyween this (mis)diagnosis & our appt. Good treatment, Good doctoring.

Wait time was good and Dr. Mogil's care is excellent. She explains everything very well! My only complain was with the drops for dilating my eyes. I asked for the weaker drops which they have used before but these still lasted many hours.

Dr. Mogil is very passionate about what she does and takes the time explain treatments before proceeding to administor. Always professional and the wait time in the office is never behind. The staff in the office is always very professional. Scheduling appointments is a plus I'm able to get my next one before leaving the office.

Dr. Lucy Xu extended the courtesy of seeing me on an urgent basis (only ~4 hours after symptoms appeared and an appointment was requested). She conducted a thorough exam, identified and explained the problem, and patiently answered questions. I am much looking forward to returning to RGW's Columbia facility for follow-up visits with Dr. Xu to continue benefiting from her medical knowledge, skill, and experience preserving vision.
