The staff was knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. The facility was very clean. The staff cleaned before and after you. Dr. Phillips as always was knowledgeable very neet and conservative . He is an expert In his field. He has taken care of me for many years.

Dr. Phillips is great and what I like about him is he takes his time to explain any questions and concerns I have whenever I visit him. So far so good. He has some diagnosis for my eyes and explained what they are. He did not put pressure or influence me at all on my decision for care but he gives me regular updates on my condition for every visit.

DR. PHILLIPS IS ONE OF THE BEST EYE DOCTOR'S THAT I HAVE MET IN MY PAST YEARS, HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS HE COMMUNICATES, RELIABLE, HONEST, DIRECT AND HE HAS A LOT OF PATIENCE ESPECIALLY WITH ME. HE KNOWS HOW TO KEEP ME CALM WHERE AS I'M A LITTLE OLDER I GET SCARED OF EVERYTHING NOW, BUT WHEN I WAS YOUNGER IN MY EARLY 20 AND 30 NEVER AFRAID. Excellent customer service and an amazing team, I consider them second to non. I previously attended the Clinton location in the past. I was totally disappointed with very slow service there. Then I found out about this location from a team member at the Clinton location and never looked back. Also the new location had a much larger waiting room.
