DR. PHILLIPS IS ONE OF THE BEST EYE DOCTOR'S THAT I HAVE MET IN MY PAST YEARS, HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS HE COMMUNICATES, RELIABLE, HONEST, DIRECT AND HE HAS A LOT OF PATIENCE ESPECIALLY WITH ME. HE KNOWS HOW TO KEEP ME CALM WHERE AS I'M A LITTLE OLDER I GET SCARED OF EVERYTHING NOW, BUT WHEN I WAS YOUNGER IN MY EARLY 20 AND 30 NEVER AFRAID. BUT I'M SO SATIFIED I CHOSE THE RIGHT EYE DOCTOR FOR ME. AND HE'S STAFF IS MAGNIFICENT AS WELL.

Excellent customer service and an amazing team, I consider them second to non. I previously attended the Clinton location in the past. I was totally disappointed with very slow service there. Then I found out about this location from a team member at the Clinton location and never looked back. Also the new location had a much larger waiting room. I have shared with other family members on the quality of service by Dr Phillips team and service

Dr. W.B Philips is knowledgeable,kind,receptive to your questions, professional, attentive, people and patient oriented specially in his esteemed profession Who has been taking care of
my retina treatment and curing expeditiously for the past three years successfully which is so important for a comfortable living life.I had a one time experience with even an eye ( retina specialist) and I switched back to him for the next appointment.My three years experience as a patient and never mentioned to him my educational
and professional background ( Phd from MSU, professor and industrial consultant) to impress him in anyway to be treated with extraordinary attention.
Dr. Philips deserves to be included in the best doctors of the year at a minimum without any hesitation.
