Just a great experience from the moment I walked in. From being received to discharge. All nurses had great bedside matters and were always very kind and warming. Doctors were very direct, clear, and concise with relaying the information to me. I’m glad I came here for help. Thanks to all! Great job!

I have visited this facility several times in regards to my children. I have always had an excellent and very satisfactory experience from front desk to nurses to doctors! Thankyou for being an amazing all rounder!

Hi, oh, I was very happy with my visit. I had a wonderful doctor and the assistant was really nice. Everybody was just wonderful. I just don't have anything bad to say about it at all. They spent a lot of time with me and they ordered the right tests and always came and told me what was happening and I got a right home and everything. After ruling it the most serious possibilities, including a blood clot, I appreciated that the doctor could admit that he was at a loss about why my leg was swollen, but said that the cellulitis infection that I had might not have been fully cured, and he prescribed antibiotics which seem to be working. Feeling much better now and on the road to recovery! Thank you.

The ER staff was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel cared for during a stressful time. The doctors and nurses explained everything clearly and took great care of me. I'm very grateful for the excellent treatment I received. Thank you to the entire team!

The Dr helped get me into a gown and told me how to heat what I call a rice pack for my neck. She and the nurse also stressed that I be seen as quickly as possible when I hit my head due to me being on blood thinners.

You guys did really well making me feel comfortable, taking care of me, and just in overall making me feel a good and a safe place. But due to my injury, you guys gave me great, great tips telling me what to do and what not to do, recommending the medicine I should use. Overall, great experience.

Dr. Albright, Ashlynn RN, Surgeon Dr. Luce, pacu RN Anna and pacu CNA Janice were a great care team. From the ED, to OR to home in one day. They all performed with exceptional professionalism, efficient care delivery with a focus on ensuring a positive outcome through my entire care experience. 10/10 all around creating an amazing hospital experience. The Renown south meadows care teams are a very efficient and streamlined group of healthcare professionals I would highly recommend.

I was lucky and it wasn’t very busy when I was there- but even so, it was CALM, everyone was efficient and seemed to be working at getting me tested and out of there fairly promptly- which I really appreciated. It might have been because it wasn’t busy- but everyone stayed calm and worked well as a team.

Dr Conti was the best I have ever had at the ED. Nurse Elaina was super and very attentive. I was kept informed all the time while waiting for results.

The reception ladies were friendly and helpful. Nurse Julie STRACHAN, Dr. Christopher Hudson, VIJAYSHAH the sonographer were all very kind and caring and did an excellent job explaining what they were doing. I felt safe and cared for. Everyone explained what was taking place and I left fully informed about my condition.

Everyone from intake to exit was amazing. Each and every individual was totally focused on my care but considerate and attentive to me in every way - going the extra mile. Aiden S Gould, M.D did a fabulous job stitching up my lip. Thank you so much for such wonderful care.

The survey is so generic. I had the most amazing experience I've ever had in an emergency room. It was quick. The doctor did not hesitate. He did not equivocate. He saw what had to be done. He asked me how I would like to proceed. There was not an available room. I said I was not concerned about that. And he did his job. And everybody there just acted like it was completely normal to have a procedure in the hallway because there were no rooms. I didn't spend all evening and all night at the emergency room and I was able to go to work at 4:00 in the morning the next day. Everything's healing up fine. I like your establishment because you're close to me. But I have gone there in the past and I've spent hours. Particularly the last time I was bitten by a spider. It took forever.

The woman who was a student in the x-ray room was exceptional. I she was calm under pressure and provided excellent service.

My triage and room nurses were excellent: positive attitude, Compassionate and informed.
My doctor was thorough, engaged, checked in regularly in between tests, and explained the spasming in my gall bladder.
