Dr. Lassiter and his staff were kind, caring, and took time to make sure I knew what was going on with my care. The only drawback was it took about 5 hours to find out what was going on with me.

I was trauma case and I was examined and immediately sent to Renoun on Pringle Way. ER doctor called and had the entire trauma team waiting for us to arrive.Exceptional care at both locations.

I am originally from Las Vegas so I have visited many emergency rooms down there. Yours by far is the best most considerate, most caring not that I wanna go back but I will if the emergency comes up again.

All of the nurses were excellent and the doctor that talked to me was excellent and any of the support staff were excellent. So I have nothing but my highest regard for everyone working at the emergency room. Thank you.

Every one of the clinical staff from triage nurse, the 3 nurses we interacted with in the ED, the CT & x-ray techs and the MD were all incredibly supportive, kind, thoughtful & thorough. I can’t thank them enough!

The ER doctor Thomas Sorensen was great. He listened to all my concerns. Followed through with appropriate care. Answered all my concerns. Nurses were also the best. Smiles and great attitudes. Care was excellent. The South Medows Med Center is an asset to the community. Thank you

I was in great pain from broken ribs. My nurse was fantastic. Could be the drugs she was bringing ?, she was genuinely top notch. My only concern was being sent home early. I had a helluva night.

I was treated with respect and concern due to my age and injury. It was a very busy day at the ER in light of that the
staff did a good job in taking care of me. They work very hard in trying to
accomadate every patient, even those that are somewhat not happy, l commend them all!
. One thing l would point out is that your janitorial staff do a poor job in cleaning rest room floors, corners are
filthy ,not good, the nooks and craneys
are overlooked, kinda like washing your
car and leaving the inside carpets dìrty!

Would like to express our appreciation for the professionalism and thoroughness of the ER department. We were able to get x-rays and ultrasoundcompleted in our room immediately. Also received appropriate blood test. We were very impressed on the comprehensiveness of the exam We live in Genoa and went up to Reno because of other experiences we have had with Renown and we know we would get the best possible care with access to any specialists.

Hello, we were very pleased with the service overall. In coming in, they were attentive and we had a very brief wait before we were taken to the ER room. And overall, they were able to answer our questions in a timely manner. We would most definitely recommend the ER to our friends and family.

I received excellent care during my visit to the emergency room. My nurse Michele did a great job and provided superior care for me. Dr. Breslow provided the correct diagnosis, managed the team, and communicated with me during my entire visit.

I went to two hospitals in one week, Carson, health and Gardnerville and this one this was the best hospital I’ve been in for a long time and I’ve been in the hospital a lot great service great people and they did what I needed to have done. Thank you so much.

The ERP and nursing staff were excellent, as was the ancillary staff! Their professionalism was exemplary and the care extraordinary! I would like to say that the technician who put in the shunt for collecting blood or being on a device if I needed it was very kind, took the time to find a vein that was appropriate and did not cause me any pain.

The para medic team was great! The ER MD and nurses were great .
Person with the forms was weak in explanation and expectation that the average person who is in the ER can understand the various forms at the time. She also did really seem to care if they were signed. I am a provider and assisted the patient.

Everyone there was wonderful. Dr. Nielsen specifically treated me with respect and I just went in with a broken finger and I felt kind of stupid, but no one there made me feel that way. I always have a great experience at South Meadows. So thank you.

My first time in ER and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or stressed. The environment was actually pretty calming.
Dr. Sorensen was amazing and so was the nurse (believe his name was Chris)
Isaac and Kelsey in the triage area were also amazing and everyone was very friendly, happy and personable.

This ER experience was by far the best I've ever had, not that I've had many. I arrived at 1150hrs and was on my way home with a referral to an ophthalmologist by 1300hrs. Staff was phenomenal. Front office to Natalie G., Chris from Sweden, and Dr Hill, all amazing folks!

The staff and doctors were the finest I have ever experienced! Everyone, from the receptionist, to the nurses, and the doctor were friendly and professional, and you will be hard-pressed to find better!
I say this as a former EMT, and my wife as an RN.

All the staff at the South Reno Emergency Department were amazing. Kaylee, the intake nurse, was fast and efficient and very sweet. She onboarded me very quickly and got me to my room as soon as possible. Once I was admitted, Dr. Robert Shreich, the ER doctor, was absolutely pleasant, perfect bedside manner, and he did his very best to figure out the issue that I was at the hospital for, and I appreciate it.
