I love South Meadows. I live all the way over by Keystone and Kings Row, and I go all the way over there for any emergency I have because you guys have the best emergency, the quickest responses. I have nothing but good things about South Meadows. Thank you very much.

Everyone at your facility did everything right!! My nurse, Chris, my doctor, the admitting nurse, the X-ray tech and the Pacific Medical man who provided the knee brace. They were all excellent with instructions, medical expertise and physically maneuvering me in the best, comfortable way. Thank you to all of them!!! I was also in and out of the ER in record time. Perfect comforting care!!

Micah, my nurse was very friendly, listened to my concerns and attentive. Dr Nelson was very kind, knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. Definitely a good ER experience.

I couldn't believe how quickly I was in and out. I arrived around 1:30 pm and out around 3:00 pm. I want to thank everyone who took care of me.

I really appreciate the RNs, x ray techs, registration and Dr. I was in excruciating pain. My Dr reviewed my chart and got caught up with it before seeing me. I was having an autoimmune flare and he listened and helped me. Could not even get my blood drawn without sobbing and screaming. Went in with 9/10 pain and left at 6/10 and still getting better with his treatments. I am still in my flare but it is a lot more manageable with the prescription he provided. Everyone in the ED was helpful. Nice. Empathetic. They Never made me feel stupid. They were all very understanding. I have never in my life had a better experience in an ED. For the blood draw they did not go for the draw until they were sure they had a vein. Even the tourniquet sent me into sobbing. It took a few people and a vein ultrasound for them to find it. Seriously never in my life have I had more sweet, kindhearted healthcare team (And I have had 2 kids).
I can guarantee the amount you pay those angels is not enough.

Very quick registration, and I was in a bed within 1/2 hour. The doctor who removed the cyst was efficient, explained the procedure, and answered every question. Great experience!

All staff was friendly and professional. My nurse did an excellent job setting the IV needle for blood draw etc, as well as removing it at discharge.
Dr Welsh was caring and calming and explained everything to me very well. She took the time to review prior history i.e. X-rays with me.
I feel that that my issues were addressed with care and expertise.

The experience at your hospital was absolutely amazing. From the second I walked in to how fast I got in to all the communication, all the attention, the doctor was absolutely informative. All the nurses, all the support staff, everybody was amazing. I would recommend this to everybody. It was the best, best, best experience.

I have here several times and had the best experience every time. I will not go to the in town location due to the service and cleanliness. It is not a great experience.

Yes, my visit to the emergency room went extremely well. All the people, including the doctor, they were just great. It was a very straightforward, easy procedure. From my point of view, I know it was complicated for them to do, but for me, it was very straightforward, very quick, and worked out really well. So I thank them very, very much and appreciate their knowledge and skills. And although I don't look forward to going back again, this is certainly Renown's emergency room. It's certainly a place I would go with a choice. So thank you very much. Appreciate it. Bye.

The doctor was great. Once we were roomed the doctor came in quickly. X-rays were taken shortly after. The nurse that discharged us was helpful.

Hello, my name is Diane Mudlow and I was so astonished and grateful for the exemplary, excellent service from each and every person I encountered at Renown South Meadows Emergency. It was a scary time for me, as I think it is for everyone that goes there and everyone, everyone, including the transport gal, Molly, from every nurse, Liz and Alex, this PT scan tech, Paul, and Dr. Dewees were superb. They explained everything patiently, what was going to be done, what the outcome and the results were, some steps and ideas for self-care after I came home again. I'm by myself, and it was essential for me to feel confident, and I did so with their care.

It was the most pleasant ER visit that I've ever had to experience in my life. Everything went smoothly. Everybody was nice and courteous. Couldn't be more pleased with my visit. I'm very glad that this hospital is located very close to me.
