My experience was not an emergency; however, I was treated extremely well considering it was the Memorial Day weekend and there were quite a few people with emergency needs. I was consistently informed of my status and procedures in timely texts. An excellent experience!

Dr. Gina Dapra did an outstanding job diagnosing a corneal abrasion. I would not have expected an ER doctor to be so well versed in Opthalmology. My nurse, Kelsey was extremely kind and compassionate. I will definitely use the South meadows location again if the need arises.

I was treated with respect and kindness. I was in a lot of pain with a broken rib and Rachel in triage was kind and positive and gave me the best hint of breathing out when sitting and standing in order to minimize the pain.
Dr.Lloyd was thorough and efficient and the entire staff was great.

That was a really traumatizing and terrifying experience, and they handled our family with extreme care. They handled my infant with extreme care.

Exceptional. I was in extreme pain and distress, Ally, nurse, so gentle and compassionately caring. Dr. Darzynkiewicz absolutely the best. His clear, professional explanation of what was happening, how to remedy, precise amount of time for each of the necessary procedures to take, and what to expect the next few days. Everything he told me was exactly what occurred. I was and am so very appreciative of Dr. Darz and Ally. The assisting nurse for procedure's name I'm not positive of...Vicky,I think. Top professional manner and knowledge. I am extremely grateful for this team.

I’ve always hated going to the ER because of my previous experiences. Most ER’s I’ve been to had staff which seemed impatient or rude when treating me. In addition, they would make me wait without keeping me posted on the status of my treatment.
My experience with Renown completely different. Even though I was in pain, all the staff members made me feel comfortable and were very kind and attentive. They checked on me often and made sure I had everything I needed. My nurse, Micah, was especially kind and attentive. He checked on me frequently and kept me updated on the status of my care. Pain reliever was administered in a timely manner, so I wasn’t in pain any longer than I needed to be. Even when my bloodwork got delayed, he kept me updated and let me know it was delayed. Josh the CT tech was also very energetic when taking and administering the CT scan, he genuinely seemed like he enjoyed his job and interacting with his patients. Lastly, the doctor, Brian, helped insure I got the right treatment. He took an additional test which helped find the blood clot and explained to me everything in detail. Overall, I would recommend Renown to future patients. Thank you for taking care of me during my stay!!

I just wanted to say that my visit at the ER room was amazing the minute I got there. It was just a very good experience. My doctor, Dr. Nielsen, was simply amazing in his bedside manner and how he explained everything. The nurse, I forgot his name, but he was just, again, amazing. He got my IV right in. He took care of everything. I was just very happy with my visit. Doing a wonderful job and I just, I was very blessed to be able to go there. Thank you.

Stephanie the ER nurse was amazing and so helpful. Dr. Welsh was also so thoughtful caring and went above and beyond. Chris the triage nurse was also so helpful and created a very positive experience.
