My nurse, Caitlin, was extremely nice, informative, professional, and caring. And I will always want her to be my nurse whenever I go back to Renown. And she's from Wisconsin in case there's another Caitlin there. The paramedic student, Ryan, he was extremely caring and nice also. He tried to be as patient as he could with me being kind of belligerent. Anyways, they were both very nice. And my doctor was nice also, but I can't remember her name.

Just that I had a wonderful visit there the other nice, everyone there that I came in contact with seemed concerned about my reason for being there, and all were smiling. I was in and out so quickly

Everyone from the Doctor to the nurse to the X-ray tech and the person who wrapped my foot in a soft cast were all fantastic. Super nice, super helpful, and very empathetic. They all deserve raises. Seriously, A+ service and care.

It was insanely busy in the lobby when i got discharged. My nirse was very kind and accommodating. I came by ambulance and did not have my oxygen and ahe did not hassle me about it , she also tried to arrange a ride home as i wasnt sure my sis could get me and i couldnt remember any other phone numbers. The er has very very kind people working there. They are great!

Our nurse, Stephanie, was very nice and had a great personality, and the doctor was really friendly and helpful to us. We were very appreciative of the service there.

Came in to have some sutures removed that were required due an ER visit in Carson City.
Was treated quickly, sutures removed professionally.

I don't really have much to say. They listened well then the VA doctors in the state of Georgia and quite honestly I was shocked with how different my experience with doctors here in Reno than the ones from Georgia where I spent most of my life. They listened, assessed what was wrong quickly and gave me a diagnosis that actually was way more helpful than I was expecting.
I had goven up a long time ago on the medical field due to my spine injury I have had for 17 years now. When my face swelled up and I couldn't open my eye I went to the emergency room not expecting much from it. I wasn't over talked, and I was genuinely listened too. They asked questions I was able to easily answer and they came to a final conclusion that has quite frankly worked since I left.
The swelling has gone down and the Shingles blotches look to be drying out. The sharp pains are still there but I figure it might go away if I continue the medications they prescribed. So my overall thoughts are very high and I am very grateful to all of them.

Dr Albright was very friendly and greeted with a great smile putting you at ease, ordered all the test needed and relayed the results promptly. He kept us abreast of the process . All staff from check in , nurses & tech were very friendly & acknowledged as they went by. Environment was clean, techs were efficient & prompt & had patience. Thank you Renown for hiring the BEST.

I wasn't even sure that I should have gone to the ER-but the nurse immediately stated based on my symptoms, I had made the right decision-he shared a personal story about his own parents....I felt heard.
