I went in for chest pains/heart arrhythmia. The care I received was super. Everyone from the ER Tech to the Doctor was knowledgeable, professional and caring. I was well taken care of by an extremely competent/caring team of health care professionals. Best ever!

I was seen quickly; the intake person, John, recognized the distress I was experiencing and I was seen by Dr Berning very quickly. Kidneys were in distress and appropriate IV solution was started immediately. I was helped by nurses Jill Benzing and Sarah and was confident when I left the next day ( feeling so much better) that the diagnosis was correct and the follow-up protocol was exact. All staff and doctors and nurses are to be commended for caring professional help with incoming ER patients.

I was immediately seen and the nurses and doctor worked quickly and in tandem to alleviate my symptoms. They were caring, supportive, and kind. It was a prime example of world-class healthcare.

If you ever have to go to an emergency room, I recommend Renown South Meadows. They are very thorough, and very kind and caring. I was well taken care of by the staff and the doctors.
I thank you again. I'm following up with my primary care physician today as recommended.

Nurse Anna was efficient yet comforting. Dr Dapra was wonderful too. Caring and taking time to explain what might be going on with me and what tests would be conducted, and why. She was outstanding!

once I was taken to a room the nurses and doctor were excellent in helping me, explaining procedures, and exhibiting empathy, they never exhibited being in a rush even thought they were quite busy and there was an issue with the computers.

All of it . Both the two nurses who took care of me and the Dr was so caring . I love Renown. I had to go to Northern Nevada medical center in Jan. And never went back nor will I they almost killed me. Renown and it’s Drs all of those at renown are terrific

Dr Dent really showed compassion and wanted to help me get out of pain. Nurse John was very caring and helpful and always shows concern. Knows his job and executes it wonderfully. Emt Adam was so helpful too and cared.

I was admitted to the hospital from the ER. The doctor was excellent and I had some detailed tests. Really professional. I was surprised because Reno is not so strung on medical care Thank you and with about a week in hospital, I really feel the team after the ER saved my life. Thank you

My nurse, Cameron, was very attentive and understanding. He took the initiative to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible with the procedures that were taking place. It was nice to been seen as an individual by him and treated accordingly instead of just being a number in his day. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me Cameron, I truly appreciated you calming my nerves.

I ended up not seeing a doctor because it was a pain pump fill. But everyone I saw and how they did treat others in there, I was impressed. I've been chronically I'll for 40+ years. I appreciated your er. Thanks

On this visit everyone was extremely busy, nevertheless all were knowledgeable and professional. Was unable to actually see a doctor but messages from nursing staff were prompt, understandable and pleasant.

The first ER MD was excellent. He explained the calf blood clot concern and testing. He said we would talk after the ultrasound about other possibilities if no clot. Relief MD told me the ultrasound was clear and to followup with my GP if calf was still painful. No quick discussion.

I know I have choices . This is why I’ve gone out of my way to come to this hospital as my insurance doesn’t cover all of it. Next year I will be getting a plan that covers this hospital.👏🏼
