I was at another hospital that same day early in the am for the same issue the care i received was minamal at best.
The only meds i received was 2 baby asprin.
Never saw a doctor just nursing staff
After 5 hour i was released with no diagnosis or any relief of my symptoms.
Theentire staff in the er where awesome.
The doctor was very thorough and explained what was going on in detail.
This was not the 1st time i had been to renown my other experience was a 5 star experience as well.

I live in Alhambra, CA. My friends live in Reno so they took me there after my accident. I was treated nicely and quickly.

The doctor did even see what range of motion I had with my arm. He never touched my arm or shoulder.

The staff were phenomenal. They tasted me with respect, and were timely on everything. They did not dismiss me nor my concerns. Not my children's concerns either. Thank you for gazing such kind and caring people in this er. My last experience with renown mill was less than stellar. So I appreciated the difference immensely

Always got excellent care at South Meadows. Enjoy, I mean, as best you can, going to the emergency room. Enjoy the visits there. There was only one delay, and it really wasn't the technician's fault. It was all the people that, I guess, that were supposed to come in on time. They didn't. So I totally understand. You know, you've got to do what you've got to do. I guess I just would have wish somebody would have just said, hey, we're having a delay here. That would have been nice. Other than that, fantastic job. I thought everyone was phenomenal there. Like I said, it's a great place to, if you're going to have an emergency, to go.

It was a better reception than when I was there last year that I waited in the lobby for more than 30 minutes after I was dropped off by the ambulance. However, not sure if triage rooms were full because my bed was in the hallway where people passing by were looking at me ?.

The doctor could have had a better bedside manner, Explained things better. Answered my questions better. Stopped the blessing better before he left in the hallway.

Well the young girl that checked me in....I'm hearing impaired....and told her I read lips but don't think she's had any training with people like me....but we got it done! but the nurses, the doctor everyone was outstanding. Kind, did an excellent job. The doctor was so nice and the nurse did the IV and I never even had a bruise when she took it out. Great! Also there was no pillows....but she brought me a couple of blankets to put under my head! The people that cared for me and the young man who took vitals were very nice. I would go there again. I have been there but it's been a very long time. They found what was wrong and treated me. Super nice and kind to me.

My nurse Liz was exceptional, very helpful and letting me know what to expect. Dr. Emily Sagalyn was great. She managed the whole process and explained my condition to me so I understood.

Nope, the facility was awesome. The staff and the doctor were really great in taking care of me and explaining things to me on why I had to be discharged and all that stuff. And on the emergency part of it, they were very responsible and helped me through my needs. So a great job with the whole staff and the doctor.

I just moved to Reno from Maryland. In Maryland, I used Johns Hopkins affiliated doctors. I was very impressed with my Renown experience. The staff and facility were exceptional. Thank you again for the care!

I wish I knew who was the discharge nurse, she was wonderful but you guys no longer provide names on the discharge papers, even first names would be appreciated, seems like it's just a paper race. She was so much more than that and is very much appreciated and a wonderful asset to the ER and hospital. Please track her down and tell her thanks for me. What a great person she is. I think she goes out of her way to make everyone special. If her name was on the discharge papers she would have found flowers for her. Thanks for the great care.

The staff, nurses and doctor were very efficient, I was able to be in and out of the hospital in about an hour. It was a really good experience.

Very helpful at the front desk, the nurse and doctor that saw me were friendly and they took me step-by-step on the procedures they were doing my only complaint is I left my watch behind and I returned within 20 minutes and it was gone. They couldn’t find it.

Dr. Diprinzio went above and beyond to understand my pain and find the cause. He spent time updating me on my plan of care and talking me through my options, even calling the next day to follow up. My nurse was friendly, compassionate, and timely. Overall, the care I received was very thorough.

From the receptionist when I first walked in to the doctor, the nurses there, the gal that took the x-ray, everyone there did an excellent job. It was fast, efficient, and thorough, I felt. Good job.
