It's a great hospital. I love it a lot. The only thing is, is I would like more feedback from the nurses and the caretakers that are caring for me. Everything else, I love. This is a great hospital. I recommend it to everybody.

The floors in the section I was in were filthy. This was the only complaint I have.

Michele P. RN, Micah V. RN, and Dr Nelson were the absolute best, most empathetic, kindest, and understanding, and knowledgeable team I’ve ever had in my numerous hospital experiences. Give them a raise, they are the type of healthcare workers you’re going to want to keep around for the long run. They are beyond exceptional. P.S, Micah was the first RN to get and IV in me without an ultrasound in over 5 years.

I received timely and excellent care for my head injury.
Everyone was competent and efficient, while being caring and friendly.

Everyone was wonderful and treated me exceptionally well. While I'd prefer to never have to go to the emergency room, knowing I would be treated well gives me comfort if I ever have to go again!

Dr. Gerhard spent time answering all 100 questions I had! It was very comforting to feel heard by my doctor. I think this hospital is run very well because everyone seemed happy. The check in desk answered questions about my insurance which was nice. And the nurse who walked me back to my room gave me 2 hot blankets from the oven. Felt like a hotel, hah. Thanks Renown!

The staff is so kind and cheerful. It helps to feel that the people working at Renown really like being there. Because of that I think the care is excellent, you relax with people who are happy at their work, it gives you confidence in the care you receive. Thank you.

When we have to go to the ER, we always go to South Meadows. Staff there are always friendly, courteous, always keep you informed and always act as if you are the most important patient. This is without fail. Just can’t beat South Meadows ER.

I adore Dr Nelson she has always gone above and beyond for me in the emergency room.
From 2022-2025 I went through a lot of extremely painful surgeries and broke my back in five places. She is forward straight to the point but you never leave her without being armed with what to do next and knowing that she truly cared.

Nurse Micah and Dr. Stendell were great. They had wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Stendell made sure he answered my questions before I left, he explained things and help me understand. Also, in triage that staff member also made me feel comfortable as did the ekg tech. The whole overall visit was pleasant and I appreciated everyone there very much. Thank you.

The care I received at the emergency room was great, but because of the construction that was going on, I think one of the security guards there said, oh, go down this hallway, you'll find a vending machine for something to drink. Well, that was not there. So it would be nice if there was a closer vending machine or something during construction so that patients or their families could have even just water to drink. So that would be wonderful. And that is it. Thank you. Bye.

Yes, I'd just like to say the service and people have gotten a lot, lot better. I've been going to Renown since I was probably 21 years old and it has gotten very good. Clean facility. Mostly all nice people. There's always a few people that are having a bad day, which is no big deal. But yeah, I would recommend Renown to my friends and I have. My wife uses Renown. I've had everything from shoulder replacement to a hernia surgery and it's been good, great so far. But yes, I would recommend and keep up the good work. Thank you.

The time I waited was very minimal. In fact, by the time I finished signing in, the triage nurse took me. From there, I went immediately into an exam room. I thought the staff was all very professional, very punctual, answered my questions, and I was very impressed with how well my emergency room visit went. Thank you so much.

Dr. Talbot, the nursing staff, and the radiology and CT techs were attentive and professional. They performed a comprehensive workup and explained the results and next steps for care. Excellent medical care.

The nurses were unbelievable! Kiel, Marica and Audie! I had my lower leg amputated. The nurses made it tolerable. The CNA’s took good care of me!
After I awoke from surgery, Kiel was there holding my hand. That meant so much to me!
Merica, made me laugh, a lot! Audie, made me a chocolate milkshake.
I couldn’t ask for better nurses! I wish I could pay off their student loans!

This was the best medical care I have ever received in my life from the doctor to the nurses and everyone else who did their jobs. I've never had medical care like it and it makes me want to move to Reena, Nevada just to be able to get sick and have their care again. Absolutely amazing.

Liz RN and Dr Sullivan were great. They listened and took wonderful care of me. Luckily, the ER wasn’t super busy so I was in and out fairly quickly.

I am living in San Jose . During my shirt trip I got in a situation to refer Reknown ER . I did not expect such a high class facility with excellent individual working there . Thanks for being in a good hands of efficient and professional.

The triage nurse who wheeled me in was so caring and calming. My back locked up and I could not walk, and it was terrifying. He was capable , nice. Dr Robb was so skilled and explained what had occurred. This calmed my fright. Cindy, the nurse was awesome as well! She definitely is highly knowledgeable. I do have to really praise Dr Robb though for his kindness , humor, and expertise which created a safe environment during a tense time. Thank you to all who helped me…. Angels on earth!
