The staff was very courteous and when questions were asked they responded with the information that was asked. I would definitely return to the facility again if I needed too.

I had an accident that severed the end of my middle finger just past last knuckle. The staff accommodated me quickly, setting me up on a gurney in the isle of the emergency room. Staff were kind and helpful. Dr. Phillip Breslow was very professional and compassionate. Once it was established that there was no chance of reattaching the finger tip, Dr. Bleslow did a phenomenal job stitching me up. So well in fact, that when I did see a hand specialist as ordered, Dr Dooley said it looked great, told me to start using it carefully and see you in 10 days.
The care given and the attentiveness of the staff was first rate. They managed to create a positive experience from what was a traumatic event.

Dr was excellent nurse was expedient and great personality. Thank you ! First time ever we got seen immediately and released within 2 hours and felt heard and was addressed ! Keep the same staff and give them raises !

I came in to ER with a really high blood pressure and I want to thank the staff, nurse and doctors who took really great care of me. I was discharged feeling so much better. Everyone was understanding and very quick on taking care of me. Thank you and I pray that Renown maintain this caring forever for their patients.

The handling of
My gurney transfer to the X-ray table was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced. Having been only 1 day from post op Direct Anterior total hip replacement surgery and being in there because of the 10/10 pain level
In the first place could have been handled differently I believe. Maybe some stronger orderlies . I’m okay now pain management is under control now .

Other than my uber ride never showing up and having to drive to the dr and use 1/4 tank of gas I’m homeless and some gave me money used $10 for gas it’s gone

The care I received was excellent. However, when the ambulance arrived, no one opened the door and the code the ambulance driver had did not work. So there was repeated attempts to get someone to come to the door. If I had been in more critical condition, it could have been a problem, a lifesaving problem. But otherwise, once I was in, I was fine.

The gentleman that did my ultrasound, the tech, explained everything very well and I appreciated that. And the gentleman nurse that came in each time I called and helped me, I really appreciate that but I don't know his name. Thank you.

I had an x-ray, but got no results. Then taken for a CT. A little more communication about x-ray and reason for CT would have been good.

I wanted you guys to know that the emergency doctor that attended me, the attendant that attended me, best doctor I've ever had there. He was full of compassion. He listened. He explained everything and he spent so much time with me. I was so amazed. He's a keeper. Thank you.

I was having heart problems. The time it took to check In with the receptionist get to my ED room, get my IV’s, see a respiratory therapist and a physician, then have a “cardioversion� was probably 30 minutes total. Pretty darn impressive. Great care!

I was in and out in a very timely manner. No absurdly long wait times in the waiting room or once I was put into a room for the doctor to see me but they were very thorough. I was very impressed.

The Conrad Breast Center was a delightful change from normal hospital experiences. From the staff to the medical professionals, everyone was courteous, well informed, competent and knowledgeable. It gave us comfort knowing we were in good hands as the results bore out.

Absolutely loved the doc. He was personable, intelligent, and took time to explain exactly what was wrong and how to proceed. Nurses were nice but very busy. I left there feeling secure in knowing I wasn’t going to die any time soon. ?

It was a long wait- but that’s to be expected at an ER. Dr Robichaud was one of the kindest, understanding and most professional doctors I’ve met at any ER I’ve ever been to. Helped me immediately and had a wonderful bedside manner. I wish I could make him my primary caregiver!

Best ER visit I’ve ever had. Nobody likes going to the ER but dr. Meng and my nurse Lilly were absolutely incredible. They were respectful, prompt, did everything they said they would, and made me feel safe and informed through the entire process. I was in so much pain on arrival and they wasted no time treating the pain and getting to my scans and tests. Hopefully I won’t be back to the hospital anytime soon but if I have to it’ll be renown south meadows.

I would like to recognize Dr. Joshua Davansky's efforts during my stay. He kept me informed during my ED course, kept me up to date about the orders and everything that was resulting. He had great bedside manner and overall demeanor, so wonderful job. This also applies to everyone that was working in the ER that day, including the nurse and the ER staff, as well as the technicians. So overall, great job.
