The triage nurse was amazing and the doctor was phenomenal. He was very informative, showed that he really cared and made us feel safe.

My recent experience at the emergency department was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding care provided by the nurses, emergency techs, and doctor. The nursing staff was phenomenal, with Nurse Wil standing out for his compassion and attentiveness. He took the time to listen carefully to the patient’s concerns, addressing every question and need with genuine care. Wil went above and beyond by advocating for the patient, ensuring their voice was heard and their treatment was tailored appropriately. His calm demeanor and proactive approach made a significant difference in easing our anxiety. The emergency techs Adam and Carlos were equally impressive, handling tasks with precision and speed while maintaining a warm, supportive attitude. Their seamless coordination with the rest of the team contributed to the department’s efficient workflow, ensuring no time was wasted in delivering care. Dr. Anderson was thorough, professional, and approachable, explaining each step of the plan clearly. Their expertise was evident, and they worked collaboratively with the team to provide swift, effective care. Overall, the emergency department’s staff displayed a rare combination of skill, empathy, and efficiency. Nurse Wil’s advocacy, in particular, left a lasting impression, making us feel truly cared for. I’m deeply grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend this team to anyone in need of urgent care.

It was a great experience. We were in immediately and was taken care of with most of the staff.

I brought my 6 year old in for stitches after 8pm. First time for the both of us. Everyone (front desk, triage, nurse and doctor) were all absolutely amazing. So much so that my son asked what he had to do so he could come back the next day. Thanks for making our crazy night just so much better and turning it into a positive experience for my son.

South Meadows, I'm very partial to. It's an excellent facility and the staff and faculty and all the departments, I've been in enough of departments in that hospital, they excel at what they do. And I'm incredibly thankful and appreciative and gracious for all the help I've ever gotten health wise, and even just on a social level. And their professionalism is wonderful, spot on.
