Pam Burgio and her team are the best of both worlds. They feel like the attention to detail and love of a small town drs office while still running a very busy, and fully outfitted big city drs office. We drive 30 mins from our home to take our kids to Pam because she is the best out there in Reno/Sparks.

Dr Wilson is amazing like day one, we have been going to her for almost a decade. She answers all our questions with no problems, always so nice to all of us, she never made us feel like we are wrong or our questions are bad, she is very professional and with a huge heart, we all love her and are very greatful to have her.

I am so grateful for Ms. Kathleen Burns. I am glad to have her as our doctor for all of my children. She's very professional, very sweet, very understanding, courteous, explains everything so where I can understand it, and it's appreciated very much.

Karen Wagner is hands down the best pediatrician I have ever come across. She is kind and patient and knowledgeable and she listens with no judgment and gets straight to the point and is very direct yet very kind. We absolutely love Karen Wagner.

Pam Burgio is the only person I trust with my children's care. She's been seeing my kids for almost 17 years and has always made me feel confident in my children's medical needs being met and appointments. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. She is absolutely amazing and full of the knowledge necessary to care for her patients.

Dr. Sandefur is wonderful! She is so great with both of our daughters. Very gentle and sweet. Knows her stuff but also doesn’t make me feel like a bad mom when I ask a stupid question.

Pam Burgio has been seeing our kids for 10 years and we absolutely love how she cares so deeply and treats our kids as if they were her own. We definitely don’t get that type of care anywhere else. We recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Driscoll is the best. I've been going to my kids. I've been seeing him for a decade now. I'll never go to anybody else. He's truly the best doctor I've ever seen in my entire life.

Dr. Driscoll is the best doctor pediatrician any of my kids have ever had and I have five children so that’s saying a lot because we’ve seen lots of pediatricians throughout the years. He’s very thorough. He’s very thoughtful and he actually listens to your concerns and I feel like he treats my child how he would treat his own.

Pamela Burgio is my all-time favorite pediatric doctor. She always listens and goes above and beyond to make sure that all my questions are answered. I couldn't thank her enough for caring for all my family throughout all the years. Thank you.

The doctor was very impressive when it came to listening and explaining things. I also appreciate how he told my son “you did amazing! I’ve had teenagers kick me with this and you didn’t even flinch!” It boosted my son’s confidence. Also how he made sure which cream we had for my son’s eczema and called back right away when I sent the message on MyChart.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kris Wilson and the care she provided to my daughter. From the moment she was injured, Dr. Wilson went above and beyond. We were able to get her in to be seen within 24 hours, and from the very beginning, I knew she was in incredibly capable hands.
What makes Dr. Wilson so special is not only her expertise as a physician, but the way she connects with her patients. She has an incredible ability to communicate with teenagers in a way that makes them feel comfortable, respected, and involved in their own care. She spoke directly to my daughter, listened to her concerns, explained everything in a way she could understand, and made sure she felt confident about what was happening and what came next.
At the same time, Dr. Wilson was exceptionally professional and thoughtful with me as a parent. She took the time to answer my questions, clearly explain the injury and treatment plan, and make sure I understood what to expect throughout the recovery process. There was never a feeling of being rushed or that any concern was too small.
It is rare to find a physician who combines this level of clinical expertise with such a genuine ability to connect with both a young patient and their parent. Dr. Wilson truly cares about the whole person in front of her, and that comes through in every interaction.
As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your child is receiving excellent care from someone you trust. Dr. Kris Wilson is an exceptional physician and an incredibly special person, and I am so grateful for the care she provided to my daughter. I would recommend her without hesitation to any family.

The staff is very polite, courteous, as well as Dr. Sandifer. She's always listening to our concerns, and we always have a lot of questions, which she does answer and gives great recommendations. She's one of the best doctors, even my own doctors, that is extremely amazing and great. She's very patient as well with all of my child's issues going on with what we're trying to figure out.

Best facility and best doctors in the area. We arrived at the emergency and the doctors were in there with us within few minutes, consultation imaging and treatment .... within more minutes. Amazing

Dr. Driscollis awesome with the patients. My son has FAS and ADHD and he is so patient with him and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Knowledgable, kind and attentive throughout the visit. Appreciated how conversation was directed at that patient (my 9 year old son) and explained in a way that he could understand. We love Dr. Spiekermann!

Dr. Wagner makes us feel so comfortable. Abby, her medical assistant, provides excellent care as well. She gave our daughter her first set of vaccines and was so great at it. I love coming to this clinic because the front of staff and other staff within the clinic are genuinely happy, welcoming and always have a smile on their faces.

Karen's office is amazing. She's bent over backwards to help us out and get us in in a pinch. When the kids were having an issue, she's always on point with their medical history and I fully trust her with taking care of my kids, not even a question. So yeah.

It was a great experience, friendly staff from reception to medical. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the wait room. The waiting chairs are visibly dingy and dirt stained. It’s pretty gross and doesn’t feel comfortable to have my children sit on due to how visibly black they are from dirt.

Dr. Driscoll is the best pediatrician. I trust him wholeheartedly, 1,000%. Would recommend him to anyone. He is amazing and I very much value all the care that he provides to my two children.

Dr. Driscoll explains everything extremely well, answers any and all questions that I have. He is extremely thorough. He takes the time to make sure our kids visit is an enjoyable time for them and make them feel heard. He has a great bedside manner. He is amazing with kids and that is extremely important to me. He listens to what my children have to say and lets them know that they have a say in how their health is managed and lets them be involved. I always highly recommend Dr. Driscoll to everyone I know. My children absolutely love him! He is AMAZING!!!

Dr Burns is amazing at her job.
She is very positive, has an amaze bedside manner, if you will. Dr. Burns took the time to talk with us, and explained everything she was checking for in my boys yearly exam.
I am so very happy, that Doc Burns is my boys primary physicaian.

We love this office and Dr Driscoll so much. He got us in within an hour of messaging to see Rory for a possible ear infection. And he even made sure to call her back by her nickname which she loved. On top of that he always has little toys and treasures for the kids to pick from after the visit.
It doesn’t get better than that. It’s truly the small gestures and care that he adds to this practice that keeps us here!!!

Dr Sandefur is amazing. She knows how to engage with my ADHD son. He usually doesn’t want to go to the Drs office but dr Sandefur makes it fun and engages with him. He even agreed to have his immunization! I’m grateful she is still here!

Dr. Spiekermann is great with our child. She seems very dedicated to her profession which is very refreshing. Friends that are pregnant or hoping to have a child. We have already recommended Dr. Spiekermann. She is great at listening and addressing all of our concerns and we very much enjoy her being our son‘s pediatrician.
