Dr. Spiekermann is always so understanding and very pleasant to work with. She's my oldest daughter's primary care and so that's why we chose her for my new daughter. She always listens to any concerns and definitely makes sure that we have all our questions answered before we leave our visit.

Pam always takes the time to sit with me and explain everything with details. We made a plan and talked about everything. She even made sure my daughter understood what she was saying. I get the best treatment here!

I was brought into the Los Altos location after my regular pediatrician had to cancel at the last minute due to illness. And I was very pleasantly surprised. I had never been to this location before. Even though I wasn't a huge fan of the parking lot, it was a little tightly spaced and there was a damaged spot that wasn't as well marked as it could have been. The facility itself was very clean. The receptionists and all of the staff that I interacted with were extremely helpful. The nurses, she was a nurse practitioner that my daughter saw was very thorough. Before she brought us back, before she came into the room to see us, she had reviewed the most recent comments that I had sent back and forth between our different providers. So she was informed of why we were there before we came in. And I really appreciate it ⁇

Dr. Wilson was absolutely amazing. She really cared, provided care as both a medical provider and as a mom, she was super friendly and made my child feel comfortable and safe.

Pam Burgio has been our Doctor for the last 10 years. She was my youngest daughter’s doctor when they first came into our care as infants after being removed from their mother at birth when they were both born addicted a year and a half apart. Since then, we have changed all of our children over to her. She has been our family doctor ever since. She is kind and insightful. I always feel heard and have my concerns addressed. Several times over the years she has been the one to “diagnosis” one of my kids before sending us to a specialist who then confirmed her suspicions. We are so thankful for her and her consistent caring heart. As biological, foster and adoptive parents our experiences with doctors have been varied to say the least. Pam has been a safe person and a voice for our kiddos who have returned home as well as our kiddos who have moved on to find their new families and homes. She has fought hard to make sure our kids are cared for regardless of where they were placed at the time. We drive all the way from the far end of Cold Springs to Spanish Springs to see her. She is worth the trip EVERYTIME. I will never take my kids to another doctor.

I love working with Pam Burgio. She makes me feel like she's part of the family. She jumps right in and she always takes in my thoughts and what I'm thinking and what's going on with me and also the kiddo. She's asking the kiddo, so what do you think and what's going on before she diagnosed and finished her exam. So I'm really, really, really, really happy that Pam is our provider. Not only that, I've had 30-something foster kids and every time I get a new foster kid, I always push them with Pam. So we appreciate Pam and all her help.

Dr. Zucker always continues to go above and beyond and really cares for his patients. We appreciate him so much! All the staff at pediatric oncology are very kind and caring. The staff member who checked us in the day was also exceptional. Thank you Renown!

Yeah, two things. Yeah, no, this, the doctor I'm very happy with. Prior to her, we had Dr. [full name], and I actually had the husband over at Northern Nevada. And so when they moved, you know, I should know the doctor's name here. But anyway, she has some tall shoes to fill. And she does a very good job. She's right up there with Dr. [last name], who has been taking care of my kids since they were born. And so, no, we really like her. And then two, I like the location. You know, again, everyone's different, but the location is old. I mean, it's been remodeled, but I just like the, I like the style. I like the building. It's easy to get to. So, yeah, no, we're very happy with the location. I actually like going there. So that's all I have to say.

The office was able to get me an Uber to get my son over to you guys when his other primary care did not have any appointments. They got me in over there. And the provider was amazing. She was an amazing woman. She was very empathetic and very helpful. So yes, I would recommend this and I would recommend this facility to my family. Thank you.

Dr. Driscoll is amazing. He's always able to get our child in as quickly and urgently as we need. He is really thorough. He's patient, works well with kids. We're thrilled that he's our pediatrician.

Dr. Driscoll is the most compassionate, empathetic, understanding physician that I've ever used for my children. We've been with him for over five years and we would never change. There's nothing that you can change about the office, the receptionists, the medical assistants, or the doctors. They are all just perfect.

I've been taking my kids to Pam for almost 16 years and I would recommend her if anybody. I trust her through and through. The rest of the staff is always nice and so is the new practitioner megan. Team here is amazing

If I could rate Pam higher than a 10 I would! She’s our daughter’s pediatrician and is now seeing our newborn and I couldn’t be happier with our choice to keep seeing Pam. Even though we moved further away from the clinic, it’s worth the drive just to keep Pam as our kids’ pediatrician! She listens, addresses our questions, and always explains her reasoning for certain treatment plans. We absolutely love her!

My kids were scheduled for a flu shot. The night before my youngest developed croup. I email our office and asked if it was possible to have him seen instead of having the flu shot and a medical assistant replied saying that Karen was busy for the day and wouldn’t be able to. Although it didn’t sound like something she would say or do I understood because I know it could be busy this time of year. Once we got to the office the receptionist was kind enough to ask Karen and she quickly changed his appointment to be seen for a croup steroid and I was very very thankful.

So my two kids have seen Dr. Driscoll for the last, I would say, five, seven years. And I can't express enough how grateful we are to have him as a provider. He's very knowledgeable on the field. He understands the needs of the patient. He takes the time to listen carefully and understands how important health care is for young kids and how he can get the message across their minds when they're little. When you walk in, the office is pretty small, but the staff makes up for it. They greet you. They get right to checking you in. They make that a seamless process. They let you know if there's a wait time or not. Then there's a TV there for the kids. I do wish it was a little bit more bigger in there, maybe ventilated. And then when you get to Karen Wagner, she is very thorough. She does listen and she does explain everything so you understand it in a way that a child can understand it as well. And she also thoroughly researches before she comes in so she knows the history. And then anything that there's an issue with, she's more than happy to explore and look into. So I am very satisfied.
