Kathleen burns is an amazing pediatrician and her love for kids making them feel comfortable in her care is phenomenal and she is so amazingly with parents and getting them to understand the importance when it comes to your child's health so listens and always makes sure of have all our questions answered and makes sure it's easy for us to understand. thanks [NAME]

Yes I would say the front desk employees were very welcoming and kind and friendly upon arriving saying hello how are you doing immediately upon the door opening, very clear about explaining what they needed from me and answering all my questions I had along with the MA Alyssa, and Kathleen are always very kind and attentive to my questions and concerns.

My daugther is 16 years old and she loves how Dr. Burns takes care of her that she don't want to be 18 years because she don't want to leave Dr. Burns

She has been my child's only doctor and will continue to be. She's the best doctor I have ever been able the pleasure to meet. Not only do I appreciate her but my daughter only wants to be seen by her if possible. She has been through a lot of health issues with us and always follows up to see how [ ] is. She's the best doctor in town to take your kids to!

Kathleen us always super amazing and very comforting in the care of my child always thoroughly answering questions, and explaining things to me. She is always truly cares about my child's well being in actuality as well as gives me choices in all the matters involving my child. Anytime I become a paranoid mom she explains to me that's its okay to feel that way considering all my daughter and I have been through. Anytime I have a question or my daughter needs to grt in or I am questioning anything she is quick to explain and talk to me and get my daughter in she is an amazing provider I am glad to call her my daughter's primary care and wouldn't trade her for the world.

Dr. Kathleen Burns is always great with explaining and clarifying things that I don't understand. She is also great at reassuring and discussing alternative options. She goes out of her way to make my child feel comfortable with her.
