All the staff are friendly, amazing, and helpful. Had a wonderful experience for my newborn’s appointment. Dr Sandefur is great!

She is not my daughter's normal provider, but we both really liked her and felt she was very personable and really tried to understand and get to know Callie. Still waiting to hear back about the [ ].

Sandefur saw us even though there was a scheduling error. She didn’t make our appointment feel rushed or that we were an inconvenience. She even called us later in the evening with test results. I felt she went above and beyond for us. Thank you Dr. Sandefur!

Dr. Sandefur, is a great pediatrician. She seems to have a lot of knowledge, and the way she give suggestions make me feel confident as a parent. When I ask questions she listens and makes me feel very comfortable to ask questions. I like her attitude demeanor and the fact that she has children the same age as mine, therefore she’s more than likely dealing with some of the same issues I am..

She goes above and beyond. We are first time parents and even with my background in child development she was able to take questions the father had and ease his state of mind. Also reassured me when second guessing myself and being available whenever needed in person and on messages through mychart). As soon as we had our first appointment we knew [Patient] had to have her as a Dr. She loves her very much vs other Dr.s she has seen.

Her has always been amazing, taking her time to listen to any concerns I have and making sure i understand the answer. Always takes her time to show me imagines of products that she recommends to help with issues my daughter has...she is the primary care for both my kids for this reason.

I had forgotten to mention one thing specifically to Dr. Sandefur, and I sent her a message later that afternoon. She responded by immediately sending a referral to a specialist, and replying to my message immediately after that. We had the referral taken care of within a few days. She understood that this was a significant thing that I hadn't emphasized and given details regarding, but made it a priority once I explained in more detail.

I would strongly recommend Dr Sandefur. He was in the NICU for 2 months and she always asks how he is doing and staying on top of everything. She takes the time to explain everything and provides handouts so I can better learn about it.
