I had forgotten to mention one thing specifically to Dr. Sandefur, and I sent her a message later that afternoon. She responded by immediately sending a referral to a specialist, and replying to my message immediately after that. We had the referral taken care of within a few days. She understood that this was a significant thing that I hadn't emphasized and given details regarding, but made it a priority once I explained in more detail.

I would strongly recommend Dr Sandefur. He was in the NICU for 2 months and she always asks how he is doing and staying on top of everything. She takes the time to explain everything and provides handouts so I can better learn about it.
