Everyone was so nice and professional. The receptionist was very helpful and patient. Both ladies were charming and I felt welcomed. My appointment with the dermatology staff was not rushed and I felt listened to. It’s nice to have a positive experience and leave feeling happy and well cared for.

Dr. Walker is very thorough and always provides solutions to my concerns. She listens well to my concerns. She is very observant about skin issues. She wants to make sure one protects one's skin against the sun. I highly recommend her for a dermatology care.

The CNA/MA that helped with the procedure was amazing. She observed I was in pain and made sure to inform the provider. I had planned to suffer through but ultimately her attention to detail and care helped me not feel a thing! Thank you!! Greatful to experience CNAs/MAs like you!

I just felt rushed by the provider. She talked a bit fast and it was hard to understand what she was saying. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to repeat herself because I thought she was .

Just is conscientious, thorough, efficient. Even after a few months, she can assess my skin progress very quickly and treat accordingly. She also makes it very clear while educating as to what I have to do to preserve my skin.

The location, the building and the decor: easy and pleasing. The staff and Dr. Kitchell are every one courteous, attentive, engaged. I feel very confident in Dr. Kitchell's address of my concerns, and honest appraisals of those mysterious and upsetting skin eruptions that laypersons like myself can't possible figure out. In fact, I have referred my relatives to her.

Susan is fabulous. I trust her absolutely. My brother and sister-in-law see her, and my best friend and her husband see her. And we always talk about how wonderful she is. Susan Kitchell did my biopsy, and she is very knowledgeable about what she does, and she is very caring about what she does. She was very helpful to me with good information. Her assistant was very nice to me and very helpful to me also. She, too, was very knowledgeable and caring about her work.
