All in all it was a good experience but I felt a little more time could have been taken with me explaining some things. I know we all only get about 10 minutes which isn't much but I don't think I got the full 10 minutes. I think everyone in the medical industry needs to slow down just a few minutes. Just my opinion but I was overall pretty satisfied.

Dr. Doong is very 'user friendly' - she had read her notes about me so she knew about my new medication. She looked and quickly froze a few spots as well as the spot that brought me to the appointment.
She is pleasant, to the point and answered any questions I had. I am very pleased to have her as my Dermatologist.

Everyone I encountered was kind, friendly, and concerned about my overall health. Everybody there was super helpful. And I say everybody because we had three additional ladies come in to help finish up the appointment.
