It took me longer to drive there than I spent checking in and treated. Thank you, I was running late but you still made time for me. Everyone was wonderful, so nice and made sure I understood the instructions. Thanks ?

The time I spent with my doctor was approximately 10 to 15 minutes. I have no idea if that is enough time to do a thorough total body exam. It seems rather quick. I was in and out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Very efficient!

(1) Dr Doong was really really nice & listened carefully to me before she jumped in - at the right time - to then lead the conversation. You’d be surprised how many doctors don’t do that. They often only half listen obviously thinking of other things as you talk or type into their computers not looking at you when you talk. Dr Doong was the opposite of that. She was very attentive & I’d look forward to seeing her for follow up visits. Again, very rare to feel that way about most doctors & clinics. (2) Dr Doong/her PA were REALLY fast replying to a message I sent in MyChart & helping immediately with a prescription update. (3) Overall the clinic is stunning, extremely professional & a lovely place to visit regardless of the reason you’re going. (3) As my referral was being processed I went to the clinic in person to beg for a first available appointment as I was clearly in a lot of pain from a chemical burn. The front desk staff blocked out an appointment for me for the following Monday even though my referral was still in process. That’s almost unheard of! I don’t want to get them in trouble for doing that, although I’m sure they know how to run their business, but I can think of plenty of times (actually probably every other time) where a Renown clinic simply wouldn’t do that. I was SO appreciative because I was agony. (4) Overall all interactions with the clinic as a business, all staff & treatment were great. This is definitely one of Renown’s top clinics.

The nurse and her assistant/intern were courteous and accommodating. The examination was quick but fairly comprehensive.

Dr. Kitchell was extremely attentive and listened to my questions. She was thorough with her exam and helped me with anything I had issues with. The whole process took very little time. I wasn't in the waiting room long and it was very nice while waiting there. The waiting room was very nice and calming. Yeah, it was a wonderful experience overall. Thank you.

Really liked Susan. She was patient with my old and moldy body, looking at me careful due to family history of cancer……and she understood my nerves of a couple spots being froze off……I had just come from work with stinky feet and sweaty parts. Sorry

All of the staff at Renown Dermatology is very professional and Susan Kitchel particularly is very thorough. She communicates well. She knows my history and she provides excellent options if she finds anything suspicious about what kind of treatment I might need and follows up with me to make sure that I do my check-ins as I need to.
