My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute -- I was actually heading out the door to the appointment when it was cancelled. This appointment was scheduled as I complained about waiting so long. The actually appointment with Dr. Doong went very well.

This was the first time I saw Dr Judy Doong. She was an excellent doctor and very knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and let me know what I needed to do. I felt very comfortable during my visit and procedure.

Dr. West was very impressive. This was a first time appointment with a new provider in a new office. Although I had several choices, I selected Renown Dermatology Care because Renown has always provided excellent care to me. Dr. West reinforced that faith. She is competent, friendly, thorough in her examination, knowledgeable, did not seemed rushed, and gave me opportunities to ask any questions I might have. I dreaded starting over with a new dermatologist in a new office after having visited the same office for about ten years, but now I'm glad I made the change.
