Everyone at this office are very professional. I especially like the care Susan Katchell takes when checking my whole body for pre-cancerous cells. She’s diligent, puts me at ease and quickly takes care of suspected areas.

Dr. Kitchell and her Staff were all very professional and personable. I could not have expected or asked for anything more from her entire team. I will probably seek her help with some minor cosmetic issues in the near future.

Parking so easy and so close, waiting room and office beautifully decorated, staff attentive, considerate and caring, Dr. Kitchell is one of if not the nicest, most agreeable, understanding and professionally skilled doctors I see (APRN, I know, but "Dr." to me), and I have seen so many these past few years. I leave feeling happy, heard, respected and properly looked after medically.

The appointment was really fast. I was in and out of there really quickly. The doctor listened to my concerns and looked at all the different concerns that I had. She did look at them really quickly, but I think that's just because the moles and stuff that I had wasn't very concerning. So I was pretty pleased with the service, and the doctor seemed pretty attentive to my needs and my concerns. Thank you.

My experience was in complete contrast to online reviews. Some described poor reception and rushed visit with the doctor.
I did not share this kind of treatment during my first time visit. While the time is short with the doctor, it was professional and fact driven, which is exactly how I envisioned it should be.
Perhaps other patients preferred more handholding experience, who knows other than those people who claimed to had a negative visit.
