Dr Doong and her staff we're very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even for my annual exam where at one point I'm standing nude in the room while being inspected

A very positive experience. All staff was very friendly and proficient at their duties. Much more professional and joy able to experience than most medical offices. If asked I would definitely recommend this group, matter of fact I have already.

The CNA/MA that helped with the procedure was amazing. She observed I was in pain and made sure to inform the provider. I had planned to suffer through but ultimately her attention to detail and care helped me not feel a thing! Thank you!! Greatful to experience CNAs/MAs like you!

I just felt rushed by the provider. She talked a bit fast and it was hard to understand what she was saying. I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to repeat herself because I thought she was .

Just is conscientious, thorough, efficient. Even after a few months, she can assess my skin progress very quickly and treat accordingly. She also makes it very clear while educating as to what I have to do to preserve my skin.

Dr. Doong is such a nice doctor and she cares and listens to you! I hope she stays at Renown Dermatology. The two lady’s at front of the office are so nice and seem to love their job and the patients!
