My appointment with Dr Judy Doong was very satisfactory.
Office staff was very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I actually got in to the examining room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment :~)). The room was well heated and comfortable. Dr. Doong was friendly, professional in our interactions and I think she did a very thorough job.
Very satisfied and would be more than willing to recommend this facility to a friend or relative.

The staff was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions. They also explained the procedures to remove tissue samples and when to expect results. The office was very nice and comfortable.

Great experience with Dr, Doong and staff. Dr. Doong is a new provider for me and she obviously took time to review my past history which made me feel very comfortable and that she cared about me as an individual. Thank you!

The doctor diagnosed the problem allowing treatment ASAP. It is very important regarding Melanoma.

I found the office staff to be excellent. I retired from financial and insurance orgainzations where among other responsibilities, I trained customer service staff and wrote policies and procedures for customer service. I recognize effective service staff by voice tone, which conveys that they care about the patient/customer, and listen carefully and fully and to the customerand excellent knowledge of the process.

My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute -- I was actually heading out the door to the appointment when it was cancelled. This appointment was scheduled as I complained about waiting so long. The actually appointment with Dr. Doong went very well.

She knew exactly what she was doing, I was nervous about her abilities, but after telling her my history of skin cancers, she took over like a pro, very attentive and precise. I'm happy I found a professional right off the bat.

It was my first visit here so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was wonderful, the place was clean and they were kind enough to send for my records from previous providers. The Dr. was pretty thorough and pleasant also. I'll be back next year!

The Office is beautiful and very clean. The receptionist was very friendly, as well as the nurse, Dr.Doong and Michelle who assisted us with the check out procedures and even booked a new appointment for my husband.

The assistant was very efficient and caring. She collected the data needed for the doctor while creating a calm environment. When Dr Doong entered the room she had the data needed and with a quick visual inspection decided to perform a biopsy. The biopsy was quick and painless even with the injections to numb the area. The staff was very friendly from check in until my exit.
