The visit was excellent and the provider was excellent. The only thing that was a little anxiety provoking was having a lot of people in the room during a training process for the medical assistant and an orientation for the new doc. Thank you very much. The clinic is great and we'll see you again in six months.

My appointment with Dr Judy Doong was very satisfactory.
Office staff was very friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. I actually got in to the examining room a few minutes before my scheduled appointment :~)). The room was well heated and comfortable. Dr. Doong was friendly, professional in our interactions and I think she did a very thorough job.
Very satisfied and would be more than willing to recommend this facility to a friend or relative.

The staff was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions. They also explained the procedures to remove tissue samples and when to expect results. The office was very nice and comfortable.

I found the office staff to be excellent. I retired from financial and insurance orgainzations where among other responsibilities, I trained customer service staff and wrote policies and procedures for customer service. I recognize effective service staff by voice tone, which conveys that they care about the patient/customer, and listen carefully and fully and to the customerand excellent knowledge of the process.

My first appointment was cancelled at the last minute -- I was actually heading out the door to the appointment when it was cancelled. This appointment was scheduled as I complained about waiting so long. The actually appointment with Dr. Doong went very well.

It was my first visit here so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone was wonderful, the place was clean and they were kind enough to send for my records from previous providers. The Dr. was pretty thorough and pleasant also. I'll be back next year!
