The location, the building and the decor: easy and pleasing. The staff and Dr. Kitchell are every one courteous, attentive, engaged. I trust Susan Kitchell with my care. She does a thorough check for any type of skin cancer or pre-cancerous lesions. A year and a half ago she red-flagged something that turned out to be pre- melanoma. If she hadn’t stayed on top of it, I might be in serious cancer treatment now instead of cancer free.

Parking so easy and so close, waiting room and office beautifully decorated, staff attentive, considerate and caring, Dr. Kitchell is one of if not the nicest, most agreeable, understanding and professionally skilled doctors I see (APRN, I know, but "Dr." to me), and I have seen so many these past few years.
