Susan has always been great about explaining the probable causes of my various skin problems. She remembers that I grew up on the East Coast in a beach town before sunscreen was invented. She also seems to understand the difficulties men have when skin care is usually associated with women. I could have joined my wife's dermatologist who is 5 minutes from our condo in Incline Village, but the trip down to Reno is worth it for me.

I believe I received the best care possible, under the circumstance. There were options offered that I did not feel comfortable with, so it is now a 'wait and see' period, with a follow-up in two months, to see how my skin if recovering on its' own without any chemical or soap additive reactions.

I was put on the waiting list for July and I was happy to get off of it quickly. I went in because I had a couple of concerning moles or freckles. I feel like the process was just so quick I worry if it was thorough enough but also know the doctor has a lot more knowledge than I do!
