Dr Ichino and his staff were knowledgeable about my cardiac history and have been very encouraging in my efforts to follow their instructions. My health has improved under Dr Ichino's care.

Everybody as I arrived at the facility are extremely kind. The people that check me in, the tech, the people who check me out, they're kind and caring about very delicate situations and I appreciate them.

Dr. Sullivan reviewed my medical chart, and was very straightforward about the lack of follow up after another doctor performed an angiogram, and noticed possible AFib. Im sure I don't know all of the specifics, and I felt very well moving for. However, Dr. Sullivan has prescribed additional treatment, change of medication, and follow up visits. I was impressed with her direct and 'on top of the
situation' response to this general follow up appointment.

Yes, I've been terribly impressed with Renown. They've always treated me with respect and care and kindly. I've never had a bad experience at Renown. I've been going to them for years and years. And I'm always very pleasantly surprised at how kind everyone is. And I thank them.

Dr Jake Ichino is an extremely excellent heart doctor. He explains everything about my blood work exercise how I feel do I have any concerns he answers all my wife’s questions tells me when he thinks I need to see a doctor for a different health issue he has an excellent bedside manner I recommend him to anyone who has heart problems.

I was happy to finally get in with Dr Sullivan! There was a mishap last year and someone from the office called me and told me that she had no openings (even though I had waited for a year to see her) and so I had to see another doctor. Then when I saw this other doctor, I found out that Dr Sullivan DID have openings, but not at the downtown location (which I didn’t prefer at all!)
I was very frustrated and asked to be transferred back to Dr Sullivan

Yes, my cardiologist was excellent in listening to my needs. I needed to have a rush on getting an EKG and a stress test done. This all had to be completed. I came in on a Friday and it all had to be completed by Saturday because Monday I was having surgery for acid reflux and Dr. Licina was very good in getting me all set up for that. I got it all done and he was kind enough to call and give me the clearance. I appreciate it as much.
