Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
Dr Wilson is a fantastic asset for your business. He’s a great cardiologist.
The people that work there provide wonderful service to humanity. The management of the industry is an entirely different creature.
Dr. To is a great Cardiologist. He is personable, listens and is very educated in his field; able to express his treatment and reasons he is making his decisions on how to treat my condition.
The construction “on campus” (not the road construction) was atrocious! The gardeners have vehicles blocking the roads in the parking lot. The directions from the portal were unclear. It stated to go the second street entrance, while the appointment was in the advanced medical bldg. Directional signs did not reflect the recent changes. Information desks had no personnel.
My experience was good when I finally got in to see a doctor. I had to call and call to get in to see a doctor for my heart problems. When you are having heart problems. Hate having to go back and forth on My Chart
I was bummed as Dr. [ ] is gone, but my new doctor, Wilson, is awesome. I’m happy I have him now. He explained my condition to me and what I can do without surgery for now.
The thing that is annoying is these little surveys. I don't answer them on purpose on my cell phone and I do not appreciate a phone call. The service is great with the doctor. Thank you.
Dr. Richard Smith is a great doctor, however he is going to retire which is good for him but very bad for me. I pray I can find another cardiologist as good as he is.
I wish you would not insist that I answer the question of whether I would recommend this practice. I am no medical expert and do not feel I am qualified to recommend medical services.
Dr. Wiedenbeck has taken very good care of me for a long time. I have faith in him, I admire him and I take his recommendations when I need it.
I feel lucky to be under his care.
A good experience with Dr. Wilson. Very polite and informative.
Parking was difficult! Construction and landscaping.
Due to this I was a bit late.
Dr. Wilson's name not on the first floor roster.
Had to step into an office to get his office location.
It seems that some things have changed during recent months. Each time I have been at a Renown center, I have been treated efficiently. However, I am not greeted with a smile, a hello, a how are you today? I’m called up to the desk to get checked in. There’s no appropriate greeting but I’m greeted with “What’s the last name?” Why can’t you train people how to interact with your “customers “ and make us feel welcome and appreciated that we chose to be at Renown?
Dr.To was very friendly and he was very reassuring about my condition. He explained everything to me so I could understand. Dr To’s assistant Rosie was very kind and she has a great sense of humor which made me feel comfortable.
Dr. Wilson has the best bed side mannor of any doctor i have ever had. He always listens and explanes treatment in plane terms. I have and will continue to recomend Dr. Wilson to anyone that will ask.
Dr. Ichino is an incredible doctor. Very down to earth and attentive to your individual history and needs.
Plus the entire staff were extremely pleasant.
There's no way she could improve. She's very good. I think she's very intelligent and well rounded. She's a very good heart doctor. I appreciated my visit and thank you very much.
It is my feeling that Renown has one of the best cardiologists in his field and what he specializes in with Dr. Smith. I'm hoping that if he does decide to become a part-time employee as he ages, that they will keep him. I feel totally confident in any and all of his explanations or procedures being handled by him. I feel that the cardiologists at Renown have been exceptionally good. Thank you.
