The doc always answer any questions that we had at the appointments and was very personal!

He has been one of the best doctors I have ever had. I am very sad to be losing him. With most the rest of the doctors I have felt like I was on a time or inconveniencing them and like I was on a timer.

Everything. After this appointment he told me he would be retiring within the next week or two. I was unhappy to hear the news (for me) but happy for him. He has an excellent reputation and I will miss him very much.

I can’t THANK him enough for his care for me over the last few years in determining when it was best to go in and replace my aortic valve and repair my [ ]. I believe his care for me is the same as it would be for his own father. I believe his care with respect to managing my [ ] helped keep me healthy and avoid additional [ ] problems. He would often called after hours to discuss test results. He also made it a point to stop by and check in on me following my [ ], ,even though he wasn’t the surgeon . I can’t say enough about his care and the time he spent with my wife and I, through the last couple years in discussing my condition and his thoughts on future treatment. As he is retiring, I will absolutely miss being under his care, but wish him the absolute best.. Dr.Swackhamer, THANK YOU so much!! May you have a long and health retirement! [ ]

As always Dr. Swackhammer is right up front with my condition. He checks all my medical through Renown systems and is well aware of my status. His bedside manner is exceptional. He listens and responds to all questions. I feel he is tops in his class. I value his decisions and recommendations.

The medical assistant was new to me and I do not have his name but he was excellent. He listened and was very good at his job. Dr Swackhamer is always an involved and caring physician.

My medical situation was serious , but Dr Swackhamer was tenacious in finding out my treatment and eventually having an [ ]. The Dr called me on my personal cell phone constantly checking my status , how I was feeling and responding to meds. He checked in on me 8 times! No doctor does that anymore. He and Dr [ ] saved my life!
