I saw Renee Kern often during the 12 months before having surgery. Rene was always pleasant to talk to and encouraged me to call her if I had questions. She is very professional, yet making you feel like she knows what you are going through.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Renee listens to me. She knows my various health issues in addition to the issues related to her speciality. She explains what she's doing and why. She called the same day with positive test results and explained them in terms I understand. She's just nice, good, and an excellent PA.

Rene is very organized and has a plan in place before leaving the office. Very thorough and take the time to listen. Very glad I found them!

I have had great support and understanding from Renee for my medical problems. My mental state when I last saw her was not in a good place. When I left her office, I felt like a new person. She was able to give me solution to my problem that was what I considered life altering.

Renee Keen is excellent!! She was concerned about me, listened to me and is very knowledgeable. She put me and ease and helped me. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Her staff is wonderful also!! Josie and Linsey took my calls and helped me.

Renee Kern was the best! She explained things at my level. Was very professional and very friendly. Made me feel completely comfortable to talk to her about my medical needs. I would recommend her to anyone.

I love this place and Renee is so calming and knowledgeable. She explains in a calm voice answers to all my questions never rushes me I am comfortable with her. I hope she never leaves.

It was great I felt so well informed before and after surgery. Felt they really cared about me and would be there for me with any question or concern. They are all so kind and caring.

Would highly recommend them. They took the time to explain everything. I felt well prepared and was able to understand what I would go through and was well prepared for after the surgery. Made me feel cared for and could contact them anytime with any question no matter what it might me. They were just so nice and kind.

Dr Brackmann is a fabulous Surgeon and Doctor! I only have great things to say about her. I have so much respect for her! She is a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable person! I would always recommend her to everyone! Her staff is great too!

Dr Kern has great bed side manners. She always listens to my concerns and takes the time I need to answer all of my questions. If she doesn’t have the answer she takes it to the board and gets the answer.
