As my first time at the office, I was impressed with the professional but caring office staff. Cory was Dr. Mai’s nurse and she was friendly and very competent. Dr Mai is amazing in his knowledge and how he listens. I walked out with a note plan and renewed hope in not just managing my heart issue but seeking treatments to get my heart healthier.

Appointments are scheduled promptly. Wait times after online check-in are minimal. Dr Mai is very frank, doesn't candy coat his opinion. Services offered are promptly scheduled.

Staff and Doctor were professional and polite. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Office temperature was comfortable. Location of offices is reasonable travel time from our home in Arlington. It is important the Baptist accept United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans.

The office staff is cordial and efficient. The medical staff is friendly, very professional and willing to answer questions about current and future treatment plans. The patient portal is very efficient for scheduling and providing routine information.
