First of all, I was late and even though I was late the doctor and all his staff honored the appointment and treated me with grace. I was so thankful. Second, Dr. Mai is excellent. I highly recommend him. He is thorough both in his explanations and his exams. He did everything I needed and expected and more. Again, I highly recommend Dr. Mai and his staff. Job well done!

The doctors and staff members in this practice are outstanding. I've been a cardiology patient here for 25 years and have been extremely pleased with the care I have received. The doctors I've had over the years have all been good listeners and have always made me feel like we were working together as a team -- something I value very much! I highly recommend the Baptist Heart Specialists at the Pavilion Office.

Easy access to location, parking is always available, extremely clean, all staff we have .dealt with are very cordial. My preference rather than going downtown. Wish all my appointments to Baptist could be at that location.
