Appointments are scheduled promptly. Wait times after online check-in are minimal. Dr Mai is very frank, doesn't candy coat his opinion. Services offered are promptly scheduled.

Dr. Mai is an excellent doctor. I was very impressed with his skill and knowledge and his ability to share that knowledge. I walked away from our time together with a plan and homework. I feel like we are team.

Staff and Doctor were professional and polite. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Office temperature was comfortable. Location of offices is reasonable travel time from our home in Arlington. It is important the Baptist accept United Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans.

The office staff is cordial and efficient. The medical staff is friendly, very professional and willing to answer questions about current and future treatment plans. The patient portal is very efficient for scheduling and providing routine information.
