Actually, everyone. They were excellent at check in and getting and helping me with forms to send to my Connecticut doctors and also obtaining reports from my Connecticut doctors to them. They were excellent!!

I was so happy when Dr. Raphael returned from maternity leave. She is such a professional dedicated doctor I always get excellent care. She explains things so I can understand\n Her staff is wonderful. They definitely make me feel comfortable and welcoming at the practice. They are very lucky to have Dr. Raphael in their practice.

Dr. Raphael has been by primary physician since we moved to Fort Myers full-time three years ago. She has manage my care through problem with atrial fibrillation, and spinal stenosis, with referrals to specialist that controlled or resolved, acute problems. She is a wonderful physician, but has a great sense of humor also, which I enjoy.

Dr. Raphael is absolutely wonderful! It's been a long time since I had a doctor who actually listens. Dr. Raphael took her time with me and NEVER made me feel rushed and my concerns were never just dismissed. I am very grateful to have her as my PCP. Her MA, Theresa (spelling) is also wonderful!. She has a sense of humor and is a very comforting presence.
