Unfortunately I did not get the staff's names. I spoke with 4 different people. They were all very friendly and tried to get me through as quickly as possible. They included 3 people at the front desk and the nurse who took me back to the exam room.

Dr. Raphael is wonderful. She listens to all my concerns and questions and we discuss them. We have moved to Punta Gorda and I have over 1 hour drive to see Dr. Raphael, but I have so much trust and faith in her that I don't mind the drive. From registration to leaving the facility, there were smiles from all the staff.

Dr. Raphael is a fantastic doctor, of course I'm biased because I've been seeing her for several years and she does a good job. Just look at how healthy I am. She's got a good bedside manner. She listened to listens to me. I asked her if she could give me a referral to nutritionist and she did plus she gave me a lot of nutrition tips right there of course you're not registered dietitian which is an MD. She knows a lot more about it than I do.

I was impressed with Dr Raphael's knowledge of my recent medical history. It was obvious that she had reviewed my recent history prior to meeting with me. She reminded me of having had a similar experience in December of last year. That helped us diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. The recommendation worked.

Dr. Raphael Kathia was everything. She made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived and answered all of my questions before I even had the chance to fully ask them. She took her time with me, really listened, and even did additional research to make sure I felt fully supported. I left feeling very comfortable, cared for, and safe in her hands.

I came to the office for an annual physical which turned into a visit focused on my stability and mental health. They were immediately concerned for my wellbeing and was not at all upset because we were unable to complete the annual appointment. Dr. Rafael described me as "in crisis" which met me exactly where I was in that moment. I truly appreciate their concern and the time spent to make sure I would be okay.
