The entire process from checking in at the front desk to the data entry of my conditions, current meds and establishing this facility as my new primary care was excellent. Dr. Raphael spent the time to review everything and was extremely helpful going through recommendations for the various specialists that I will require (oncology and urology physicians). I am also scheduled to have a [ ] at the Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida which requires PC consensus which Dr. Raphael reviewed and provided me with helpful information.

I was super impressed with Dr. Raphael. I feel she is extremely medically knowledgeable and feel safe and confident in having her handle my care. Beside that, she’s a personable and lovely person and I was very comfortable during the visit. The front staff was very efficient and welcoming.

The nurse Teresa, put me at ease right away as she started some friendly conversation. She and Dr. Raphael have the right amount of professionalism mixed with caring and friendliness. I feel more like sharing because of their attitude and demeanor.

I have no complaints about my visit with Doctors Kathia shes willy friendly and patience to listen us,and I am willy happy to to have her like primary doctor for my mom.even the office little far for me but the service make me forget if I am driving so far.thank you again DR Kathia.

Dr. Raphael outstanding physician. Teresa, the nurse also outstanding. Both intelligent, empathetic, and helpful with care tips to help. Never feel rushed with them. Really feel that they care very much about each patient they see.

Dr. Raphael is an amazing physician who listens to my needs and is not afraid to challenge me, even when it’s something that I already know that I should be doing. Her medical assistant was a pleasure as well. Overall, the entire team works well together.
