Dr. Raphael is very good at making me feel comfortable and letting me talk and not in a hurry and mean and knowledgeable and very personable and a sense of caring kindness comes true. She really wants me to tell her everything that I wanna tell her and she's very patient and and listens and response to and explain to everything I say, and I don't I don't know what I am. I'm very impressed.

Given that my appointment was at 4:40pm on a Friday, probably the last patient of the day and week, I cannot express how fresh, friendly, and caring the staff were. What a nice surprise. Very thorough and informative. I love how Dr. Raphael enters the room, smiling so broadly and welcoming, and laughing so easily and genuinely. Puts me at ease right away. I often fear snow birds aren't very welcome, but I do not feel this way in this practice, with this doctor. Thank you Dr. Raphael and staff! You are the best!

Actually, everyone. They were excellent at check in and getting and helping me with forms to send to my Connecticut doctors and also obtaining reports from my Connecticut doctors to them. They were excellent!!
