Dr. Raphael is a wonderful doctor. She listens and understands what I am trying to explain to her. I do not feel rushed. When I leave the office I feel satisfied and good about my visit.

Given that my appointment was at 4:40pm on a Friday, probably the last patient of the day and week, I cannot express how fresh, friendly, and caring the staff were. What a nice surprise. Very thorough and informative. I love how Dr. Raphael enters the room, smiling so broadly and welcoming, and laughing so easily and genuinely. Puts me at ease right away. I often fear snow birds aren't very welcome, but I do not feel this way in this practice, with this doctor. Thank you Dr. Raphael and staff! You are the best!

Actually, everyone. They were excellent at check in and getting and helping me with forms to send to my Connecticut doctors and also obtaining reports from my Connecticut doctors to them. They were excellent!!

I was so happy when Dr. Raphael returned from maternity leave. She is such a professional dedicated doctor I always get excellent care. She explains things so I can understand\n Her staff is wonderful. They definitely make me feel comfortable and welcoming at the practice. They are very lucky to have Dr. Raphael in their practice.

Dr Raphael is one of the sweetest most compassionate & thorough doctors I have seen in recent years. Even though my situation is difficult since I am dealing with cancer & the side effects, she listens & tries to help where she can. I have received a lot of harshness from oncologists & she helps heal that emotionally in me.

I could not choose just one person. I will start with admissions making me welcomed., then the nurse who listened to my needs and of course my doctor,. They all work as a team and made me feel very much at ease.

Dr. Raphael has been by primary physician since we moved to Fort Myers full-time three years ago. She has manage my care through problem with atrial fibrillation, and spinal stenosis, with referrals to specialist that controlled or resolved, acute problems. She is a wonderful physician, but has a great sense of humor also, which I enjoy.
