Everything was FANTASTIC. From the moment I arrived at the reception, the service was very kind and cordial; I was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist realized I would need a Spanish interpreter . Inside the exam room, Dr. Raphael's assistant treated me with great respect and warmth-she truly has magical, angelic hands, as I didn't feel a thing when she administered the vaccine . The consultation and check-up with Dr. Raphael were highly professional yet pleasant and personable; she showed remarkable patience in understanding my situation, and Sebasti?n, the interpreter, was fantastic! All of the staff were awesome. Especially the young lady who brought me to the room and Dr Raphael herself. She always takes her time and listens to my needs and concerns.

Dr. Raphael is great at listening and watching as she communicates with you. She doesn't hide behind the awkwardly placed computer screen, she looks directly at you. She is an excellent listener and communicator.

We have just moved from PA and I was impressed with the office. It was run very efficiently, and I was treated with great respect.

Other than the doctor, I didn't get names. That said, her nurse was excellent and the young lady - who I think had before - who was at the inside desk are made me feel very welcome. Dr. Kathia's nurse actually walked me out the side door. She didn't just point.

I needed a charger for my phone, as my battery ran out and was dependent on it to go home. When I explained my situation on the second floor, a nurse went out of her way to go out to her own parked car to help me out. That was very kind of her, that simple detail and action did not come naturally to other staff in the reception floor.

The Doctor Kathia Raphael was very attentive and spent ample time in the room with me. She listen and asked me questions about my overall health. She took her time. I didn't get the name of the healthcare staff that checked me in and did my vitals but she was also professional and attentive to my care.

Unfortunately I did not get the staff's names. I spoke with 4 different people. They were all very friendly and tried to get me through as quickly as possible. They included 3 people at the front desk and the nurse who took me back to the exam room.
