Dr Kathia Raphael is an outstanding doctor. She is very through, caring physician,personable and professional doctor. To me it is very important for a doctor that you could communicate with easily. Her staff is equally cordial and professional. I diffently recommend her.

Dr. Raphael was so kind, funny, relatable, and professional. She took her time with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. She provided a safe and comfortable environment. The nurses were super nice and caring as well. They all showed they really care about me which was a nice feeling.

I had a wonderful experience. One of the front desk staff could’ve better with her attitude but overall great experience. The Shericka was great. I had a wonderful interaction with her. Dr. Raphael was a blast. I loved her positive energy and how she speaks to me. She let me know my options but did not force them on me. She really cared about what I needed to get done so that she can take care of me. She showed empathy and compassion. She is a great doctor!

Dr. Raphael as usual is a fun Doctor who makes you want to visit. She is easy to talk to and you can be very open with her Teresa the MA was very personable and friendly and professional. The receptionist was also very welcoming.

Dr Raphael provides compassionate and highly digestible medical and scientific expertise, care, and advice. She is a genius communicator and I never feel hurried. She has put together an excellent team/staff who are also highly professional, compassionate and great communicators. She has helped me through the most difficult point in my life - a health crisis. She has been instrumental in my receiving testing, medical opinions, chemo, radiation and follow up treatment and care. Her senior assistant and RN, Teresa, is a fundamental part of Dr Raphael's team. Teresa goes above and beyond for her patients everyday. Matthew who checked me in was especially kind and and helpful in responding to questions about My Chart. The nurse who worked with Dr Raphael was helpful and very supportive of my health concerns. Dr Raphael made me feel she understood my concerns about my health issues i had only recently learned about. She made me believe that i can manage my disease.

The young man who checked me in was exceptionally kind, patient and welcoming. After I sat down I observed him helping a gentleman with his phone, explaining how to get the information needed with amazing patience. He had an after thought and welcomed the man back to help with something more.

Dr.Raphael, her nurse and the entire team are exceptional. Dr.Raphael is attentive to details, and remembers things I forgot I told her about. She is thorough in her consultation and gives me time to speak and ask all the questions. An exceptional primary care doctor, indeed!

Dr Raphael was very thorough, spent time and explained everything i needed to know. I was able to get a next day appointment due to what i perceived was a very urgent medical matter. I really appreciate the time, urgency and the response that was given.

The only problem was the call center set me up with a NP at first,even though I explained specifically wat I needed from this visit. I think LeeHealth is increasing [ ] for their patients by not having Drs .practice take patients calls.Current method is not effective or pts. Dr.Raphael is outstanding.I have recd her to many people in my neighborhood.

The entire process from checking in at the front desk to the data entry of my conditions, current meds and establishing this facility as my new primary care was excellent. Dr. Raphael spent the time to review everything and was extremely helpful going through recommendations for the various specialists that I will require (oncology and urology physicians). I am also scheduled to have a [ ] at the Orthopedic Specialists of SW Florida which requires PC consensus which Dr. Raphael reviewed and provided me with helpful information.

I was super impressed with Dr. Raphael. I feel she is extremely medically knowledgeable and feel safe and confident in having her handle my care. Beside that, she’s a personable and lovely person and I was very comfortable during the visit. The front staff was very efficient and welcoming.
