Pleasant demeanor, I felt as though she was listening very carefully from the beginning to the end of the appointment .made sure all my concerns were addressed questions answered. Medication review thorough, made sure I was up to date on refills.

Internal Medicine at Country Club is my place in helping me maintaining my health on tracking me on the right road. This is my favorite place, very local and they have the best courteous staffing for me.

I thought that Dr Kenneth Saul was an excellent doctor performing in the capacity of filling in for Laura [ ] who left me hanging without a doctor. Keith at the front desk is also very good in solving the problem that I had with refilling my [ ]. Kudos to both of these very caring individuals.

I am very glad to actually have met my new doctor as a matter fact I just expressed to her how I appreciate the way she cares for me. I don’t think I’ve ever told the doctor that not to say that they weren’t that good but she just really makes me feel like her own child And I’m a [ ]. I hope that I can continue my visits with her in the near future. She is awesome!!! She doesn’t just accept what’s being heard or seen. She goes further which is what we really need especially in a time where people don’t care and are only about their monies. Thank you Dr. T! 😘

Keith, at the front desk is such a delightfully professional first face greeting you upon arrival. Always pleasant and eager to assist in getting you checked in as well as any assistance you may require when you are leaving. Great asset to Lee Health.

I was late getting to my appointment due to traffic. The person at the front desk had a cancelation and held that appointment for me. The office was very busy that day so i was suprised that i didn't have to reschedule. . She was very pleasant and understanding.

This is simple: Dr Basora is by far the best doctor I have ever had ! This is what medicine should be!! She doesn’t rush you, she listens to your questions, and answers your questions with complete clarity. My previous drs communicated with their computers and not their patients!!

Dr. Olson Basora is the best and Kirk is always friendly, professional and kind. (The best at [ ]!) The two women at check-in/check-out are also lovely — friendly, kind and professional — but I don’t know their names. I love this office! Small and personal.

My Child was very nervous about getting his shot the nurse and doctor were absolutely wonderful with him, they both explaining everything because he asked 100 questions. My son was a little embarrassed by how scared he was because it didn't even hurt him at all when he got the [ ]. So our experience was fantastic.

Dr.Raphael is wonderful. We moved to [ ]…no way will I lose Dr. Raphael. I will drive the 1 hour drive to see her. She is the best Dr. I have ever had. Teresa is also wonderful…she explains everything and is very warm & welcoming. Margorie is a very good nurse…I enjoyed my visit with her. I truly feel very comfortable and trust the three of them! Thank you Lee Health!

I feel as if Dr Danielle Basora was outstanding in many areas of her profession, she made me feel heard, because she actually listened to what I had to say about the physical problems I was dealing with as well as how they affected me personally. Her attention to detail, professionalism, empathy and compassion are rarely seen in her field in my experience. Others would do themselves a great courtesy to look to her as an example and follow her lead. I am truly grateful for the care I have received from her and the staff there.
