Three individuals were involved in my care that day. The receptionist was very cheery, warm and kind. The medical assistant was efficient, discreet and comfortable to be around in the performance of her duties, and the PA was truly wonderful. Her knowledge, ease in approach, and time spent in explaining every question was exceptional.

I can't praise Dr Raphael enough, She goes above & beyond for her patients. I feel welcome to discuss all of my health concerns & We come up with solutions together. She is simply the BEST!!!!!

Dr Olson-Basora is one of the most concerned doctors I've ever seen she's up on my whole history and takes the time to listen and discuss my medical situation ! She's a breath of fresh air in patient care.I recommend her to everyone I know.

This was a New Patient visit. I was impressed with the pre visit analysis of my MGH Brigham Epic record that Dr Basoro had done. My wife and I now spend 6 months on Sanibel Island so we needed a Primary Care MD as a base. The fact that Lee Health has Epic and our medical records are integrated was a very positive factor in choosing Dr Basora.

Dr Basora was fabulous! I have not had good luck in the past with a lot of the doctors I visited for various reasons. She showed that there still are good ones out there if you are lucky enough to find one!

Yes, the health care provide excellent communication with me regarding my health issues and respond to all questions regarding my care. Nursing assistance did great job obtaining medical hx.

I feel some of these categories should have an "excellent" choice. This practice is superb and Dr. Basora is extremely compassionate, knowledgeable and proficient. The office staff is very friendly, engaging and helpful. I was an ER nurse for 40 years and Boston and this group far surpasses my expectations.

Sheila was incredible. She listened as did Dr Basora. I was sent for a ct scan after being misdiagnosed twice for a uti at urgent care.

Dr. Basora is one of the first doctors in a long time to actually listen to me when I shared my health concerns. She is extremely professional but also very caring. She spends time with patients (my husband as well) and does whatever is necessary to treat you in an efficient, effective way. I feel very lucky to have her for my primary care doctor.

The staff was very helpful and Professional. I hadn't been to that clinic in over 6 years. I was impressed with the business. I have already shared that with others. Do you take patient as a primary care physician? We would love to have that here on Island. It was really nice to be treated and taken care of 10 minutes from my house. I didn't even have to leave the island. I'm thankful you guys are there.
