Dr Olson-Basora is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. I was very sick and met her as a walk-in patient. She treated me with the utmost compassion, like I was her own patient. She listened to me and provided me with treatment options to alleviate my symptoms. She also encouraged me to follow up with her or the office If my symptoms didnt improve. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a PCP.

The medical assistant was so great! Friendly, kind, helpful, and very professional.The doctor was extremely smart, well trained, explained things very well. The whole emergency visit was so well handled by the whole staff. Thanks for being there and all doing such a great job.

Abigail Tattersall was an excellent provider. She diagnosed my problem (shingles ) immediately and explained its symptoms and treatment. She prescribed the medication which seems to be helping. She is a valuable employee of Lee Health. I highly recommend her.

I had a routine wellness check with Dr. Raphael, and it was excellent from start to finish. The visit was very thorough, and all preventive care measures were carefully reviewed. Dr. Raphael was knowledgeable, patient, and addressed all my concerns with clear explanations. The office was efficient and well-organized, and I never felt rushed. A great experience overall.

Abigail is so consistently excellent. She takes time to really check in with me and ensures I have all my questions and concerns addressed. I never feel uncomfortable sharing things with her as my provider, and I've never had that experience before with other providers. Abigail is terrific and should be celebrated for her stellar patient care.
