I have nothing but excellent comments on Basoras and the staff. I can get in for an appointment much quicker than on the mainland in Ft Myers.

From start to finish the appointment was quick and I was given options, not just told to do one thing. Each member of the staff as well as Dr. Basora were wonderful and respectful.

Dr Raphael provides compassionate and highly digestible medical and scientific expertise, care, and advice. She is a genius communicator and I never feel hurried. She has put together an excellent team/staff who are also highly professional, compassionate and great communicators. She has helped me through the most difficult point in my life - a health crisis. She has been instrumental in my receiving testing, medical opinions, chemo, radiation and follow up treatment and care. Her senior assistant and RN, Teresa, is a fundamental part of Dr Raphael's team. Teresa goes above and beyond for her patients everyday. Lee Health, you are lucky to have Dr Raphael and the team she has built. She stands out among the 10-12 doctors I have seen at Lee Health during my [ ]. Matthew who checked me in was especially kind and and helpful in responding to questions about My Chart. The nurse who worked with Dr Raphael was helpful and very supportive of my health concerns. Dr Raphael made me feel she understood my concerns about my health issues i had only recently learned about. She made me believe that i can manage my disease.

The young man who checked me in was exceptionally kind, patient and welcoming. After I sat down I observed him helping a gentleman with his phone, explaining how to get the information needed with amazing patience. He had an after thought and welcomed the man back to help with something more.

Dr. Basora is extraordinary! I drive from northern Ft Myers to see her, and it is worth every mile. I am RN of 48 years and very particular about my health services. She goes above and beyond in every category! Front desk staff also so pleasant and helpful.

Abigail Tattersal I scheduled with her when I had an [ ]. I wanted a female for female things. It used to be all men. Now there are women in the field. She spent time with me. I gave her a report from Moffitt describing the situation. Abigail gave me the proper medication to relieve the [ ]. I will recommend her. She is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. I will schedule with Dr. [ ] for other issues.
