Dr. Basora has been absolutely great. She listens well, takes enough time to not feel rushed, and answers my questions promptly, and with kindness. I am extremely grateful to have her as my doctor.

On my first visit, a surgical pre-op, I had excellent care by Dr Basora and her support personnel. Followup communication after lab results was exceptional.

Dr Kathia Raphael is an outstanding doctor. She is very through, caring physician,personable and professional doctor. To me it is very important for a doctor that you could communicate with easily. Her staff is equally cordial and professional. I diffently recommend her.

Dr. Raphael was so kind, funny, relatable, and professional. She took her time with me and did not make me feel rushed at all. She provided a safe and comfortable environment. The nurses were super nice and caring as well. They all showed they really care about me which was a nice feeling.

I had a wonderful experience. One of the front desk staff could’ve better with her attitude but overall great experience. The Shericka was great. I had a wonderful interaction with her. Dr. Raphael was a blast. I loved her positive energy and how she speaks to me. She let me know my options but did not force them on me. She really cared about what I needed to get done so that she can take care of me. She showed empathy and compassion. She is a great doctor!

Abigail was so wonderful I asked to have her be my PCP. Her nurse Kelli was awesome. My appointment was 45 minutes late but both Kelli & Abigail didn't make me feel rushed. They both took the extra time to address all of my questions. They are both phenomenal.

I am very pleased with the staff and Dr Raphael. I highly recommend this facility for their high quality of service and never feeling rushed through my appointment. Dr. Raphael takes the time necessary to listen to your concerns and explain her recommendations.

Dr Breen came to logical conclusions and gave good advice based on his examination and questions on history and symptoms. A good impression was made in the hope that he and the Lee Health team will resolve the condition that lead to the visit.
