Everything was FANTASTIC. From the moment I arrived at the reception, the service was very kind and cordial; I was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist realized I would need a Spanish interpreter . Inside the exam room, Dr. Raphael's assistant treated me with great respect and warmth-she truly has magical, angelic hands, as I didn't feel a thing when she administered the vaccine . The consultation and check-up with Dr. Raphael were highly professional yet pleasant and personable; she showed remarkable patience in understanding my situation, and Sebasti?n, the interpreter, was fantastic! Abigail and Kelli are a terrific combination. Neither of them hurry through a visit and make you rushed. This particular visit was challenging as there were many variables to consider. Abigail took the time to review my history to the point of me having a sense of relief when done. I have never been disappointed with a visit.

No one wants to get sick on vacation. The lee team was outstandingly empathetic and ensured I received a quality experience! So grateful they use the epic system as all my history was available for them Very grateful for their help!!

All of the staff were awesome. Especially the young lady who brought me to the room and Dr Raphael herself. She always takes her time and listens to my needs and concerns.

Dr. Raphael is great at listening and watching as she communicates with you. She doesn't hide behind the awkwardly placed computer screen, she looks directly at you. She is an excellent listener and communicator.

Dr Basora is a terrific family doctor. Seems to be very knowledgeable about many different medical topics. Always patient and friendly and easy to understand and talk to. Very happy to have found her on the island Of Sanibel.

Abigail Tattersall is outstanding!! Abigail listens attentively, thoroughly discusses treatment options, and takes necessary time to address any issues or concerns. Most Dr's leave me feeling like a number, having no respect that they're dealing with human beings, not cattle. Other Dr's could learn a thing or two about how to treat patients from Abigail. Abigail is 5-star in my book! I hope you share this with her.
