The doctor was amazing! She listened empathetically and was knowledgeable on what my treatment and my prescriptions were immediately sent! Very kind doctor, assistant, and front desk staff. I couldn't be more pleased with this experience.

Dr. Basora's care and analysis of my complicated issues were outstanding. She saved me from going down the wrong medical path. And called me after-hours with my xray results. I only wish she could be my doctor, but she is apparently booked for months.

The front desk staff, nurses and Dr. Were all phenomenal. We felt like everyone heard our concerns and checked everything when our son was sick on vacation.

I was impressed with Dr Raphael's knowledge of my recent medical history. It was obvious that she had reviewed my recent history prior to meeting with me. She reminded me of having had a similar experience in December of last year. That helped us diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. The recommendation worked.

Abigail is terrific. She listens and doesn't rush through your visit. Really tries to understand concerns and help. I would recommend her to anyone. Additionally love the fact that the registration forces people who are late to reschedule rather than making everyone else behind. People cannot say they didn't know about the appointment with the number of notifications received.

Dr. Olson-Basora is one of the best doctors we've ever had in our long lives. She always remembers everything about us medically. She is so knowledgeable, so ready with solutions to our many problems. We feel she is a treasure of Sanibel Island.

Three individuals were involved in my care that day. The receptionist was very cheery, warm and kind. The medical assistant was efficient, discreet and comfortable to be around in the performance of her duties, and the PA was truly wonderful. Her knowledge, ease in approach, and time spent in explaining every question was exceptional.

I can't praise Dr Raphael enough, She goes above & beyond for her patients. I feel welcome to discuss all of my health concerns & We come up with solutions together. She is simply the BEST!!!!!
