The nursing staff is always kind and not condescending. They know my background in medicine and kindly handed me the EKG from that day. Dr. Alkiek is always personable and doesn’t seem rushed to move on, unlike some clinicians. He asked about my wife who more often than not comes into the exam room. That meant a lot to me for his remembering that. We talked a great deal about personal matters. I trust this man and this office

The staff was very friendly, got me right in, when asking questions they said things clear and waited for me to finish my answer before moving on and EXTREMELY helpful in helping me understand my appointments and test. Some of THE BEST staff I have had in a while. Dr was very friendly and answered any questions I had but I felt as if he was VERY RUSHED TO MOVE ON. I feel if I am paying such a high bill to see him he should be in the room talking and discussing my health longer then 5 mins & 33 secs. It made me feel as though I was just another number to make him a paycheck and he needed to move on to the next number. I DO UNDERSTAND that DRs. In his field are very important and needed and they have a lot of patients they need to see but still feel I should have gotten a bit more time since it was my first visit.

That...... Dr. Sheana Timmer was so nice and listened to everything I had to say! She explained my medical visit in a way I could understand, did not rush my appointment and made me feel very relaxed and important. Everyone at that office is very kind!!!!

I went to Dr . Pacis as a referral from PCP for low pulse. When I met him he was so kind with direct eye contact and a real interest in my file. I really felt good talking with him. He really cares about making a difference. He's a wonderful doctor.

Wonderful person, great care and for a change i received a great bed side manner.
Not always easy to describe just how I feel and what is going on with my body.
He just knew.
I felt just wonderful after my visit just knowing that I was in great hands.

Finally found the doctor and staff that made me feel important, listened and very friendly. I never felt uncomfortable. I feel that my health is save in the doctors hands. That is a great feeling for a change. Thank you so much. My first visit left me feeling relieved. I will look forward to any and more visits. Thank you again.
