I like Dr. Radwan. He made me feel comfortable and at ease. He used sanitizer coming in the room to meet me; shook my hand. Was able to give me advice on how to take my blood pressure and not necessarily to use a wrist cuff so that was nice to hear; better reading with arm cuff. Hopefully, we'll be able to get to some answers as to what is ailing me.

I’d tell them that this doctor was friendly yet direct with question on my medication and heard and health in general. I was surprised that I was given an appointment so quickly being a new patient.

He took the time to talk to me and listened. I’m suppose to do a follow up with Dr Pacis in 6 months. I’m grateful for what he shared with me regarding my health. For the short time I’ve been a patient I feel he’s an excellent doctor.

I would tell them that they would receive excellent care and be treated with the utmost respect by all staff. If one can enjoy going to a Dr. I will tell anyone they are in for an enjoyable pleasant visit to this practice.

I didn’t feel like he cared about what I had to say regarding my health. He cut me off when I tried to speak and brushed off what I did get to say. I didn’t feel valued as a patient. The nurses and one of the front office ladies were nice though (the other office lady was rude).

Dr Alkiek is the best Dr I have. He actually actively listens to me. He knows exactly what I am telling him when I share information and concerns with him and he treats me with respect for my opinion about my care and concerns. He never talks down to me, but shares information with me on his level. I truly hope he knows how important he is to my care team. I appreciate him and his approach everyone could learn from him...
