My BP was too high. She gave me something to bring it down and monitored it for more than an hour. When bp came down, she made a plan for me to monitor at home for 4 days and a follow up appointment. She gave me a prescription for the emergency pill and explained how to use it.

My appointment was at 9:15 I did arrive on time, at 9:36 I went to the desk and asked if they had forgotten about me I was told no. I still wasn't called un3 10:19. Now I am aware that this is a medical facility and things happen that you can't controll but everyone time is important.. Just inform the patient. Emergencies do happen or you might get behind in your schedule, whatever the situation is just let the patient know that you are not ignoring them.

Jodie is always caring and compassionate. She helpsmaintain your dignity during mammograms and while she does her job very quickly she never makes you feel like she’s in a rush or that you are just one more patient. Registration process was very easy and friendly. And I waited very little time for my procedure

Dr. Busman worked me in in spite of the fact the office schedule was fully booked. I was in a lot of pain and he took the time to listen to my concerns before even beginning the examination process. I was super impressed with him and his entire staff! Wish there were more physicians who were as knowledgeable and understanding.

As busy as Dr Busman was on 12/22/2025, he still worked me in as I was having a lot of pain in my hip. There was very little wait time and he immediately asked enough questions that would determine what the issue was! I was super impressed with him as well as his entire office. I will be calling my Medicare provider to make him my primary care provider.

This provider was professional and courteous as always. However the patient portal has been horrible to in my opinion. It was not user friendly. And it took me 3 weeks to login only after I finally decided to create a new account then it said I already have an account.
