I have had the misfortune to have quite a few really unpleasant experiences with physicians in the past. When I decided to give Dr. Olek a try, I was cautiously optimistic. She had great reviews so I felt that gave me hope. Dr, Olek has gone above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had. She took me on when she wasn't looking for new patients. She got to know me and my medical history in record time. She answered all my patient portal questions incredibly quickly. She allowed me to come in any time I needed even though she was fully booked with other patients. Honestly, I've never had a doctor like Dr. Olek. I've had some I liked but none that I liked that was so proficient. How she juggles my NUMEROUS ailments and problems, the tests, the reports, the referrals, the changes in prescriptions, etc. in 15 minutes every three months or so is nothing short of a gift. I am fully aware that Dr. Olek spends quite a bit of her own personal time away from the office serving her patients, but patients like myself are a tall order under any circumstances. I could go on and in more detail, but, since I need to be brief, let me just summarize by saying that Dr. Olek is by far the most knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, proficient, motivated, hard working, respectful, humble, kind doctor I have ever had.

Dr. Olek and her staff are ALWAYS caring and prompt! I actually sent a medical question on 11/18/24 regarding my blood pressure and asked if I could be seen the next day. They made it happen. Dr. Olek is the most concerned and passionate physician that has ever taken care of me. I NEVER feel rushed or not heard. Dr. Olek is an asset to the Phoebe Family.
