I alway feel very comfortable and well cared for by Dr. Kroll. She’s direct and thorough, which is something I need and appreciate. She’s efficient and knowledgeable about my health and pregnancy. I also appreciate how she acknowledges and talks with my husband as well. Her nurse was also very kind and positive. It’s always a great experience with Dr. Kroll!

Dr Kroll is very compassionate and sat with me and discussed all the options and never once did I feel rushed at my appointment. She answered all my questions very thoroughly and was very respectful.

Dr. Kroll is superb! Other doctors should strive to be just like her. She is approachable and Can relate to issues. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Kroll…..she’s wonderful!

The art in the waiting area is comprised of large photos of babies. All of the babies are white - I think the art should show more diversity and have some brown and black babies.

The nurses were so kind through my whole visit. Took the time to explain the procedure that was about to happen with care and patience. Dr. Kroll is so nice and such a great doctor. Having good nurses to help along the way makes such a huge difference.

Dr. Kroll took great care of me leading up to and following the birth of my baby. After experiencing mild complications with high blood pressure and swelling. Dr. Kroll took her concerns very seriously and made sure I was aware of any other symptoms to look for as well as explained everything to me in great detail. The entire care team was helpful and made for a very pleasant experience during a vulnerable period of time.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
I always have a positive experience with the reception staff and the physicians, and most of my experience with the nursing staff has been great too. Dr. Kroll is very direct and honest in her feedback, and as someone who has a bit of anxiety during my pregnancies I’ve found a to be very supportive and I find her approach very comforting. I have always felt cared for with this practice. I also really appreciate the quick and thoughtful responses from Olivia when I needed to reach out about symptoms that concerned me. It’s so important to feel heard and cared for by your healthcare team. Especially as someone who doesn’t work in the healthcare field, and doesn’t see/hear of these things daily, I really appreciate how she took the time, answered my questions, and followed up with a return phone call on the things she could not help with immediately. Thank you so much!

Alright, listen - Dr. Kroll is the best, hands down, bar none. I basically came in for a "peace of mind" checkup, for symptoms that were probably silly and in my head, and Dr. Kroll made absolutely no fuss about it. To me, this means that she takes everyone's concerns seriously. She is very aligned with preventative healthcare, and cites up to date insurance policies and science. Dr. Kroll is thorough with her exams and lab orders, and is organized and timely. 5 stars for someone I feel like I can talk to about sensitive concerns.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
The entire office is amazing. They care about me and always make me feel like I’m so important. Dr. Kroll is proactive and preventative. She doesn’t wait to see what’s going to happen, she is thorough and found my ovarian cancer at stage 1. Wouldn’t be anywhere else for my gynecology needs.

Receptionists could be kinder. I understand Dr.Kroll’s schedule is limited and she is busy, but I should be able to request an appointment without being made to feel like I’m an annoyance for requesting such.

Dr. Kroll is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable, kind, and empathetic. She takes the time to answer any questions you might have and never seems rushed to get out of the room. I am very thankful to have her as my doctor.

Dr Kroll is the best! Hands down. She is extremely personable and never speaks down to you. She will tell you the truth but is always in a kind professional manner. Highly recommend!

An appointment was able to be scheduled quickly. Everyone I talked to was kind, knowledgeable and understanding.
