She did not seem to show empathy or concern with what was going on with me. Her bed side manner was not very good. The whole appointment seemed to be rushed by her

Dr Kroll was truly amazing. I came into my appointment feeling a bit anxious and she immediately listened to what I had to say and eased my nerves. She felt very personable, and when I said I wanted to wait to do a certain procedure due to my own comfort, she was extremely understanding and didn’t make me feel pressured to do it at that current appointment. I was very thankful to receive care that felt so genuine and personable. 10/10 would recommend her, especially for a patient who may feel a bit anxious!

She is extremely friendly and respectful! She listens to what I have to say and helps to find the best solution without talking down to be. She is patient and explains everything in a manor which is easy to understand.

Dr. Kroll is very straight forward, honest and thorough. She leads with empathy and is clearly very knowledgeable, which has had such a positive impact on my experience. I couldn’t appreciate the care I’ve received more.

My boyfriend and I love her, she’s actually amazing. She’s super attentive, always listen to everything you have to say and is super patient and kind. She’s an amazing doctor.
