Everything about the care that I received was exemplary and I have nothing negative to say! They were excellent people through and through!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was my first appointment with Dr. Kroll, unfortunately it wasn’t for a happy event, but Dr. Kroll came into the exam room with the biggest smile on her face and had the most up beat, bubbly personality. She never once made me feel like I was being rushed. Dr. Kroll made me feel so comfortable and content during an uncomfortable time and also gave me so much hope for the future. I loved seeing Dr. Kroll and would recommend her to any of my friends/family! I would love to see her again in the future.

She did not introduce herself. I was fairly disappointed overall in the appointment considering it was my viability ultrasound and it lasted about 3 minutes. Hoping future appointments are better.

I alway feel very comfortable and well cared for by Dr. Kroll. She’s direct and thorough, which is something I need and appreciate. She’s efficient and knowledgeable about my health and pregnancy. I also appreciate how she acknowledges and talks with my husband as well. Her nurse was also very kind and positive. It’s always a great experience with Dr. Kroll!

Dr Kroll is very compassionate and sat with me and discussed all the options and never once did I feel rushed at my appointment. She answered all my questions very thoroughly and was very respectful.

Dr. Kroll is superb! Other doctors should strive to be just like her. She is approachable and Can relate to issues. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Kroll…..she’s wonderful!

I can’t think of anything worth mentioning. It’s a great office.

The art in the waiting area is comprised of large photos of babies. All of the babies are white - I think the art should show more diversity and have some brown and black babies.

The nurses were so kind through my whole visit. Took the time to explain the procedure that was about to happen with care and patience. Dr. Kroll is so nice and such a great doctor. Having good nurses to help along the way makes such a huge difference.
