I had a great appointment with Dr. Howard. He went through my test results in a thorough way and made things easy to understand. He listened to my concerns and explained options for treatment. It made it easier for me to make decisions. Besides being professional, Dr. Howard was pleasant, and very knowledgeable. I felt my appointment was time well spent and feel confident about my health care.

I was so sad when Dr Cotant left the Sault. But I’m really happy with Dr Howard. He is very kind and explains things so you understand. He goes above and beyond in my opinion. His staff is super friendly as well. So relieved to have another great doctor in Sault Ste Marie that you can trust.

Dr Howard talks to you not at you. Very respectful as are the rest of his staff. He is very good at explaining what is going on and what options you have with any urology issues that you may have.
