The staff is lapse in updating you to changes in the office personnel. They never seem to notice when a prescription refill has been sent to a provider or if they do notice they do not contact you to provide information as to why it can not be filled even if they know you work at [ ].

The Dr and his staff are so great I wish I worked there! Very professional yet kind and relatable. The staff follows up promptly. I accidentally dropped my phone during the video visit he called back right away. The machine I have (or the fit ) hasn't been great ; isn't working for me. He made recommendations. The overall improvement when I'm able to use the machine properly is dramatically improved. I would recommend this office fully to anyone with sleep disruption issues.

I recently transitioned from seeing Doctor Sands. I expected issues to arise from that transition, i.e prior authorizations, ability to schedule apts timely, or getting any questions addressed. I have been pleasantly surprised how well the transition has gone and want to say Kuddos to the staff (Stephanie and Danielle) for the amazing customer service during what I am sure is a stressful time!

Dr.Sands was very familiar of my history with sleep apnea before my appointment. He was readily able to address any issue with a solution in mind. He has a very personable approach to practicing his specialty. Highly recommend!
