Staff and Dr. went above and beyond to help with my c-pap machine. Initiated calls to me to help get me comfortable with the machine and how to maximize the machine for the most effective treatment.

I have always felt heard a d appreciated from this staff. I was given call backs with answers to questions and staff went above and beyond contacting insurance getting the prior authorizations need for medications and etc.... If it wasn't from the young lady who did my sleep study, I would have never experienced the nose pillows positive effect on my body. I have complained about my daytime sleepiness to my prior provider for 5 years and it kinda went in one ear and out the other. I talk Dr. Siddiqui and his staff and within months they figured out what was causing my daytime sleepiness. SUPER PLEASED with my provider and would recommend them to all who need such care. I have entrusted Dr Siddiqui and his care team with my health, because they listen and are genuinely concern about my health. Everyone I have spoken too have always ALWAYS been pleasant to me.

The appointment went smoothly. Everyone involved was knowledgeable, empathetic, and interested in my medical history. I appreciate the doctor's assurance in treating me even though I am “complicated” , my words not his. And referring me to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor if need be.
