I've had a hard time getting used to my machine, couple times I have been put on leave from work due to my sleep machine but the doctor has been very patient with me and goes to the proper steps to help me to get used to my machine I respect him and I listen to him I do my best to get used to this machine he's a good medical provider I appreciate him and his office staff very much

It took me awe to get my appointment but it was not the offices fault. I had to get a referral from [ ] and they dropped the ball. My experience at this office was great. I didn’t wait long and everything from there went exactly as it should have. Very pleased with my visit.

Dr Siddiqui is a great sleep doctor. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. After a very long hiatus from me being able to see a sleep apnea doctor Dr S was able to read my CPAP SD card and set up my current machine perfectly. I am now sleeping much better than I have in a while. I would recommend Dr S to anyone needing sleep help. Keep up the great work!

I would tell my friends and family that he is a good doctor, but you never get to see him and you always have to look at them on the television screen so it doesn’t feel very personalized other than that. He seems like a good doctor.

Excellent care, listened to me and planned my treatment with me. He explained treatment options and recommendations very clearly including side effects and made sure there is no adverse effects with my current medications. He let me know how my current treatment is helping me. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, supportive and helpful. He is invested in my treatment and overall health wellbeing. I would recommend him to everyone.

Paula Nichols is an excellent provider and is knowledgeable about the machine and assisted me in making decisions on the way my cpap is set to ensure I get the benefits from the cpap. She is very personable and understands my patient needs and addressed them professionally . She is a great source of information concerning sleep apnea and the issues of this disorder. I would truly like to thank Paula for her support and kindness. She is a caring individual and I have benefited from her knowledge. The staff are wonderful and friendly and able to assist with a pleasant professional smile always. Great experience for me. Barb was also very helpful and pleasant.

The staff is lapse in updating you to changes in the office personnel. They never seem to notice when a prescription refill has been sent to a provider or if they do notice they do not contact you to provide information as to why it can not be filled even if they know you work at [ ].

The Dr and his staff are so great I wish I worked there! Very professional yet kind and relatable. The staff follows up promptly. I accidentally dropped my phone during the video visit he called back right away. The machine I have (or the fit ) hasn't been great ; isn't working for me. He made recommendations. The overall improvement when I'm able to use the machine properly is dramatically improved. I would recommend this office fully to anyone with sleep disruption issues.
