A good experience. However, it is a bit of a burden to have to travel such a distance and take a whole day to accommodate this appointment. Thinking that this could be done remotely with a little bit of creativity and some tech savvy. It would make it a lot easier for those of us who have to travel a significant distance.

Everyone was kind courteous. It was a very pleasant office to walk into and Paula is wonderful. She shows her concern. She listens and helps one to understand the situation with their health issues. I couldn’t find anyone better than Paula.

Paula helped me make full use of my CPAP machine. She printed out the reports and graphs showing how badly I need this machine. When I had a follow-up she advised better adjustments for the mask. My "events" were 85 times in an hour. Since I have been using it consistently, my events per hour dropped to 4 per hour. Now I don't sleep 10 plus hours. 8 hours are good, no more dozing off. Thank you Paula!

Paula was very thorough in explain the use of my cpap. Her readjustments are successful in my getting full use of each feature. What I was doing wrong Paul's adjusted. I'm very happy with the help and instructions.

I had a wonderful experience but of course I knew I would. Paula is great at her job and very professional. She is accommodating and makes a person feel comfortable. She is willing to take the extra time to be sure my questions were answered and provided more information than I actually thought I needed.
