I recently transitioned from seeing Doctor Sands. I expected issues to arise from that transition, i.e prior authorizations, ability to schedule apts timely, or getting any questions addressed. I have been pleasantly surprised how well the transition has gone and want to say Kuddos to the staff (Stephanie and Danielle) for the amazing customer service during what I am sure is a stressful time!

Dr.Sands was very familiar of my history with sleep apnea before my appointment. He was readily able to address any issue with a solution in mind. He has a very personable approach to practicing his specialty. Highly recommend!

Paula has done an excellent job providing education on sleep apnea. She has been able to adjust all the settings on my cpap to increase my comfort level and motivate me to be compliant with my treatment. I would highly recommend seeking treatment for sleep apnea at My Michigan Medical Center- Sault!
