Paula Nicholls is an expert in describing my need for the CPAP machine. She convinced me to use it. I wasn't a very good patient. I am much better now.

The front office staff was nice and friendly and greeted right away. The person checking me in was so very nice and friendly. She made me feel welcome and very comfortable. The MA that took me in the room was equally as n8ce, professional and friendly. Paula is a wonderful N.P. and took time a great care with me during my appointment. I truly appreciate Paula and the staff in the sleep clinic. I would highly recommend Paula as a practitioner. I trust her care and judgement as her patient.

Paula Nichols explained in great detail and with a graphic print out on how badly I needed to use my cpap machine. I was taking care of myself. Now I fully understand the benefits of using the cpap at night and even for a much-needed nap yesterday. Thank you Paula!

I was a non compliant patient. Paula explained very carefully about how badly I needed to use the cpap machine. She showed me the graphic print out and it finally sunk in. I used the cpap 3 hrs for a nap and then 7 hours last night. Thank you Paula for "drilling " it in my brain.
