The office staff was efficient and pleasant to work with and Dr. Siddiqui was up-to-date on my medical history, easy to talk with and professional. My whole experience was wonderful.

Dr. Siddiqui is very thorough, very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to make sure I am treated as a human...not just another patient. I have several health issues and he takes each one into consideration while helping me with my sleep apnea problems. More doctors should strive to be as easy to talk to as Dr. Siddiqui is.

Everyone was excellent and I much appreciated it.

There was once or twice perhaps a lag in the telehealth which interfered slightly with communication but overall it worked much better than I had expected, so it's all good.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I don’t like that the process to get a c-pap machine is taking 3 office visits. It could have been done in 2. I don’t like wasting my time or staff’s time.
