I recently transitioned from seeing Doctor Sands. I expected issues to arise from that transition, i.e prior authorizations, ability to schedule apts timely, or getting any questions addressed. I have been pleasantly surprised how well the transition has gone and want to say Kuddos to the staff (Stephanie and Danielle) for the amazing customer service during what I am sure is a stressful time!

The staff are friendly, prompt n very helpful. Always respond to quickly n politely. I see Dr via telehealth. But he answers questions. Prompt on renewal of cpap script renewals. Super helpful.

Everyone was very pleasant. The Dr explained my results with me and made sure I understood them. He also made sure to answer all my questions. The staff were very friendly and made sure all my info and medications were correct and up to date!!!
