Everyone in the sleep office is super nice. When I did my sleep studies they gave excellent instructions.

I felt understood and respected when disclosing my personal life's sleep and wake schedule, which is all over the place. I was so thankful to not have another sleep study done away from home, since I'm a single mom and busy working. I only wish the c pap provider I chose, Care Link in Saginaw, would have contacted me the same day, or before the weekend is over.

Friendly staff. Professional yet personable. Critique on the office, more so the building the office is in. There needs to be signage directing patients to the office at the stairs/elevator. The layout of room numbers isn't the easiest to interprete.

That you never see the doctor person to person that it's face to face through video only, but you get good care.
