Dr Day is an excellent provider. I am saddened that he has left the area, but certainly understand that family has to be put first. He will be missed.

Dr Day is a great Dr and I have enjoyed him being our Dr for several years, I hope the person who is taking his place is as good Dr and will be able to continue taking care of my Son and myself as Dr Day has done

Dr. Day listened to what I had to say and addressed my concerns. When I needed a referral, he was on top of it. I had a really good experience with him as my Dr.

Dr. Day was always very cordial and calm. Never got upset with me. I feel I owe him my current health for the diet plan he put me on. I am so much better. He took the time to explain why it is imperative I stay on this diet. I've lost over 60 pounds and this wouldn't have happened without his advice and encouragement. I appreciate his care very much and I'm sorry to see him leave. I felt very comfortable with him. He will be missed.

We had a wonderful experience with Jen and Michael. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the front office staff calling the MAs nurses is inappropriate and grossly inaccurate. A nurse didn't take my paperwork when it was completed. An MA did. This verbiage very misleading. Please change your office culture to be accurate and refer to staff as their actual title (or name).

Dt. Day is veryconcientious and knowledgeable. He is direct in his investigations and thorough on his recomendations. He does change medicines for good reasons, but doesn't discuss with me first.

We love her! She is so kind and very thorough. She is great with interacting with Gavin. Would recommend anyone with kids to her.

Kristen has helped me get through a health crisis ( blood clots and other issues). Anything she has told me has helped tremendously. I have nothing but good things to say about the care I have received from her, and I would thank her again for the help she has given me. she was A-1 and I wish Her all the luck in her next venture.

Dr Bella treated my daughter respectfully, listened to her attentively, and made her feel that her thoughts and concerns mattered as a patient. We are thrilled to have her as a doctor!

Really like Dr. Day and I'll be sorry to see him leave. He has really gotten me to turn my health around by the diet plan I'm on and I will continue this diet even after he is gone. He has made me feel very comfortable and not to dread my doctor visits like I used to. Good Job, Dr. Day!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
It’s the only pediatrician within 200 miles that is accepting new patients. They were 50 minutes late starting the last appointment we had — which is INSANE considering that they turned my NEWBORN baby away when we were 7 minutes late to our first appointment. I’m not sure why they didn’t turn the other patients away who were obviously very very late. On our way out, no one stopped to ask us to schedule our 1 year appointment, so I guess we won’t be returning?

Jen is an amazing provider. She always listens and validates our concerns. She is always available when we need her. She is always happy and kind. Everytime she sees us, she is genuine and honest. She is thoroughly educated and doesn’t force us into anything medically we don’t want to do. She is wonderful and I wish all providers were as great as she is. We are beyond blessed to have her in this community.

That the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Not friendly or inviting whatsoever. The phone is never answered when you call, messages are not returned, and the overall feeling of the front staff and lobby is uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Dr. Bella’s wonderful, cheerful attitude and wonderful care for my son, I would be finding a different providers office just based on the front desk staff alone.
