Dr Bela is amazing! She listened carefully to my daughter‘s concerns. She goes out of her way to help her and make her feel comfortable. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have her as a provider for our children. Her MA Kayla is also very friendly and always attentive to our children’s needs. Thank you again to both of them!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Jen and Michael. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the front office staff calling the MAs nurses is inappropriate and grossly inaccurate. A nurse didn't take my paperwork when it was completed. An MA did. This verbiage very misleading. Please change your office culture to be accurate and refer to staff as their actual title (or name).

Kristen has helped me get through a health crisis ( blood clots and other issues). Anything she has told me has helped tremendously. I have nothing but good things to say about the care I have received from her, and I would thank her again for the help she has given me. she was A-1 and I wish Her all the luck in her next venture.

Dr Bella treated my daughter respectfully, listened to her attentively, and made her feel that her thoughts and concerns mattered as a patient. We are thrilled to have her as a doctor!

It’s the only pediatrician within 200 miles that is accepting new patients. They were 50 minutes late starting the last appointment we had — which is INSANE considering that they turned my NEWBORN baby away when we were 7 minutes late to our first appointment. I’m not sure why they didn’t turn the other patients away who were obviously very very late. On our way out, no one stopped to ask us to schedule our 1 year appointment, so I guess we won’t be returning?

Jen is an amazing provider. She always listens and validates our concerns. She is always available when we need her. She is always happy and kind. Everytime she sees us, she is genuine and honest. She is thoroughly educated and doesn’t force us into anything medically we don’t want to do. She is wonderful and I wish all providers were as great as she is. We are beyond blessed to have her in this community.

That the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Not friendly or inviting whatsoever. The phone is never answered when you call, messages are not returned, and the overall feeling of the front staff and lobby is uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Dr. Bella’s wonderful, cheerful attitude and wonderful care for my son, I would be finding a different providers office just based on the front desk staff alone.

Kristen Sawruk has been my Primary Dr for many years, I’m guessing 11 or 12 years, she is fantastic! She’s very Caring, and thorough with her questions because she’s wholeheartedly interested in my health, she runs blood test, then goes over them so I’m aware of how my health is too. [DATE] was my last appointment with her. She will be sadly missed as she is going to be moving on with her career. I’m hoping she has a chance to read my review so she know how much I’ve trusted her with my health while she kept me informed & healthy. Thank you for everything And your blessing.! I’m sure life has many joyful years ahead for you & your career! I will always remember Yesterday as a great, although it’ll be sad not seeing you in my future appointments. [NAME]

My biggest area of concern and improvement is the overall quality and state of the office. The floors feel dirty, very run down, could use some major updates and improvements. The clinical staff is amazing and I know this is out of their control. Hopefully the My Michigan corporation has plans for improving the condition of the building and office because it’s a major turn off to bring your child into a place that feels dirty.
