The Doctor is great but the hospital doesn’t seem to care about the patients. They don’t have enough Doctors on staff that we can get in to see our doctor in a resonal amount of time. That is why most times we have to wait 8 weeks or more for an appointment

My initial meeting with Dr. Day under circumstances that my original Primary had quit, did no follows ups for my Neuropathy, Dr. Day was so kind to take me as a patient and helped me make major changes and how to help manage my pain and legs!! I have had excellent care from Kristin Sawruk. Sometimes when I need an immediate appointment, I haven’t been able to to get in, so had to go to the walk in clinic.

HE IS AWESOME!!! Wonderful doctor..it's about time. Very patient & always listens to what you have to say- also gives appropriate advice when needed. My husband and I have already told numerous friends about Dr. Day...hope he's not overloaded from our recommendations!!!

We have always had an excellent experience with Jenn and Kayla. It has always been a mutual partnership. I never leave without the next appointment as with other family members through MYMichigan it has been impossible to schedule an appointment or receive calls back resulting in going to the office to schedule. The providers in the area are excellent…the problem is the complete broken system that the employees are working in that are leading to dissatisfaction with patients. Very sad that someone’s health, one of the most personal aspects of a being is ultimately managed completely from a business and profit aspect. Hopefully this can improve.
