I truly cannot put into words the amount of care and compassion Kristen and her team have shown. I have received very scary test results and they did what they could to ensure I got all of the testing and referrals completed as quickly and easily as possible. As scary as this potential diagnosis is, Kristen’s team has been truly phenomenal.

She is the BEST She takes all the time needed to listen to patients complaints and then makes sure the patient understands the recommendations that she provides

She is the most compassionate and caring provider I have had the privilege to share time with. I have never been disappointed when leaving her office. The follow-up from her staff is excellent - prescriptions are called in immediately and test are scheduled at a convenient time for me. She knows me better than I know myself.

Tiffany was super helpful and was able to help us see Dr. Bella sooner to help with our concerns. Dr. Bella was amazing, listened to our concerns, explained everything very well, and worked with us to make a plan to go forward with. She also provided lots of helpful resources and books for us to do additional research.

Doctor Gabriela is an excellent Pediatric Doctor overall. I can say with certainty that she is an amazing asset to Michigan Health. My daughter has received care from [HOSPITAL], and Doctor Gabriela doesn't fall short of that level - she exceeds expectations with her attention to care, rivaling that of a top doctor in the USA. She is very knowledgeable and kind, listens to you and my kids love her!

I just want to give a big thank you for Jen at this appointment! My son doesn’t really like to go to the doctors. He have a really hard time with anyone else touching him that he’s not familiar with and Jen and Michael her MA did a great job and I would for sure recommend the team that they have right now for any kiddo that could have possibly any trouble with doctors appointments. Jen never makes me feel like my son is an inconvenience at all. Thank you again. You guys did amazing.

Dr Bela is amazing! She listened carefully to my daughter‘s concerns. She goes out of her way to help her and make her feel comfortable. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have her as a provider for our children. Her MA Kayla is also very friendly and always attentive to our children’s needs. Thank you again to both of them!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Jen and Michael. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the front office staff calling the MAs nurses is inappropriate and grossly inaccurate. A nurse didn't take my paperwork when it was completed. An MA did. This verbiage very misleading. Please change your office culture to be accurate and refer to staff as their actual title (or name).

Kristen has helped me get through a health crisis ( blood clots and other issues). Anything she has told me has helped tremendously. I have nothing but good things to say about the care I have received from her, and I would thank her again for the help she has given me. she was A-1 and I wish Her all the luck in her next venture.
