Kristen is an excellent provider. She is the smartest medical provider I have met. She always heviews my past history. She has a wonderful way of speaking. I love her as a provider and will miss her.

I ❤️ Kristen & David. They are a great team and I k ow that I'm in good hands with them, as they continue to care for my many, complicated health issues. Since I started seeing Kristen, I have came off 4 medications that I no longer need, as my health has improved since I started becoming a patient of Kristens. I have come far physically and mentally and I am happy to be under her care. I highly recommend her to everyone one I know own as she treats me like her family. I am forever grateful and blessed to have Kristen and David taking my health concerns seriously and providing the utmost medical care. [Removed PHI]

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Jen was amazing. Camping was great when we were there quick efficient and read to the point which was always nice to little kids. Don’t really like to wait for anything so I wanna thank you for setting this up so quickly to be seen after reaching out through my chart.

We absolutely adore Jen & her staff. She goes above and beyond to make sure my child feels safe and comfortable during her doctor visits. We greatly appreciate what she does for my daughter and in return myself. She lets me be me and honest and respects my opinions as a mother. She fully listens and I fully trust her as my child’s provider. We love her.

Kristen and Nurse David are amazing and will be a tremendous loss at MyMichigan. They put folks at ease and listen to what the patient is saying. Kristen has been super encouraging about reaching my goals & praised lifestyle changes I was making. She is kind, compassionate and a wonderful physician.

I went to the office in full blown anxiety/panic mode and the fit me in as a walkin. Both Dr Day and his medical assistant were compassionate and I felt the genuine care in their words and actions. Extra special praise for his assistant on [date]. She was my angel that day, a true angel. I don’t know what I would have done without her that day! I felt so much better leaving than when I arrived. We are very blessed to have this office !

Sharon and Dr. Bela have always taken great care of my children. They respond quickly to my calls/messages and help me with whatever I need for my children. What a blessing to have them in our community!
