Dr Bela is amazing! She listened carefully to my daughter‘s concerns. She goes out of her way to help her and make her feel comfortable. She is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are so lucky to have her as a provider for our children. Her MA Kayla is also very friendly and always attentive to our children’s needs. Thank you again to both of them!!!

It’s the only pediatrician within 200 miles that is accepting new patients. They were 50 minutes late starting the last appointment we had — which is INSANE considering that they turned my NEWBORN baby away when we were 7 minutes late to our first appointment. I’m not sure why they didn’t turn the other patients away who were obviously very very late. On our way out, no one stopped to ask us to schedule our 1 year appointment, so I guess we won’t be returning?

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
That the front desk is extremely unprofessional. Not friendly or inviting whatsoever. The phone is never answered when you call, messages are not returned, and the overall feeling of the front staff and lobby is uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for Dr. Bella’s wonderful, cheerful attitude and wonderful care for my son, I would be finding a different providers office just based on the front desk staff alone.

Sharon and Dr. Bela have always taken great care of my children. They respond quickly to my calls/messages and help me with whatever I need for my children. What a blessing to have them in our community!

I'm so glad that I scheduled an appointment for both my boys with Dr. Bella. She listened to mine and the boys concerns, took her time with us and explained everything to us, so we could all easily understand it.

Provider and nursing staff were very kind and informative. My only comment is the state of the exam rooms is less than desirable. Don't appear clean and the cupboards walls are cluttered looking. This did not affect the care my child received just overall observation.

Dr. Bella, Nurse Sharon and the entire office crew have always provided exceptional care. I sincerely appreciate the ease of scheduling, their kindness and their support in transitioning a child into a young adult. Their commitment to youth wellness is outstanding and I hope everyone loves their jobs enough to stay. They are all wonderful.

They did not have the vaccine needed for his appointment. And suggested if I didn’t want to wait till it came in to go to the health department. I chose to wait I want my child to be seen at my Michigan.
