What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We had a wonderful experience with Jen and Michael. Very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the front office staff calling the MAs nurses is inappropriate and grossly inaccurate. A nurse didn't take my paperwork when it was completed. An MA did. This verbiage very misleading. Please change your office culture to be accurate and refer to staff as their actual title (or name).

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Jen is an amazing provider. She always listens and validates our concerns. She is always available when we need her. She is always happy and kind. Everytime she sees us, she is genuine and honest. She is thoroughly educated and doesn’t force us into anything medically we don’t want to do. She is wonderful and I wish all providers were as great as she is. We are beyond blessed to have her in this community.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My biggest area of concern and improvement is the overall quality and state of the office. The floors feel dirty, very run down, could use some major updates and improvements. The clinical staff is amazing and I know this is out of their control. Hopefully the My Michigan corporation has plans for improving the condition of the building and office because it’s a major turn off to bring your child into a place that feels dirty.

Jen was amazing. Camping was great when we were there quick efficient and read to the point which was always nice to little kids. Don’t really like to wait for anything so I wanna thank you for setting this up so quickly to be seen after reaching out through my chart.

We absolutely adore Jen & her staff. She goes above and beyond to make sure my child feels safe and comfortable during her doctor visits. We greatly appreciate what she does for my daughter and in return myself. She lets me be me and honest and respects my opinions as a mother. She fully listens and I fully trust her as my child’s provider. We love her.

Jen is hands down the best for pediatric care and I recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor for their child. She has been a great advocate and blessing to our family.

We have had great care from Jen MacMaster, NP. She is energetic, fun, and kind to the children she cares for. She makes the appointments as fun as she can, children feel safe and comfortable in her office. The office staff leaves something to be desired. Depending on who you speak to, you can hear different responses or answers, lacking consistency and causing confusion for the patients about next steps, etc. I have watched the staff huddle around a phone watching the callers name pop up on the screen and ridicule them for "calling again". I hate to even call now because I don't want to be made fun of.

Jen is the most compassionate and empathetic pediatrician we have had for our family. I am thankful everyday for the support she gave us during a very trying time and her advocacy when no one else heard us.

I won't take my kids to anyone but Jen if I can help it. She actually cares about my kids, what is going on with them and their health. We've never experienced a better advocate than Jen and can't thank her enough for all that she does and has done for our family.

Jennifer is always so kind and puts both of my kids at ease. She is thorough in her assessments and takes the time to interact directly with the kids. Her students that were at our last visit were also very good. My daughter says “she is so nice and I like that she talks to me like I am a real person”.
