Her and her staff are wonderful and are great at reading uncomfortable cues from kids. This makes appointments easy and less stressful.

Jen is an incredible provider. Our child has been fortunate and healthy most of her life, with some health concerns happening recently. Jen shines in the face of adversity. She has gone above and beyond since my child has been ill. I have felt prioritized and important to her. She has gained my trust and respect tenfold.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We have always had an excellent experience with Jenn and Kayla. It has always been a mutual partnership. I never leave without the next appointment as with other family members through MYMichigan it has been impossible to schedule an appointment or receive calls back resulting in going to the office to schedule. The providers in the area are excellent…the problem is the complete broken system that the employees are working in that are leading to dissatisfaction with patients. Very sad that someone’s health, one of the most personal aspects of a being is ultimately managed completely from a business and profit aspect. Hopefully this can improve.

I always have excellent things to say about Jen and her staff. I have a family member that bring her children to Jen also and they are thrilled with her too. I am so thankful for her!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Jen listens thoroughly to us and supports our family. It sometimes feels as though my child’s record was not reviewed before the appointment - I told Jen about ER visits at MyMich during the apt, and it seemed like she wasn’t familiar with what I was speaking about.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
The floor in exam room was disgusting. Phone is NEVER answered when calling the office. Very difficult getting refills called in and last time her medication refill was denied three times without any communication with me and missing it causes her horrible side effects. Jen’s nurse Kayla is amazing. She will be switching providers due to turning 18 which I’m happy about because the office overall has really gone downhill. Jen has done a lot for us over the years and I genuinely appreciate it.

Jen and her nurse Kayla are amazing! The only issue is that you can’t get a prompt appointment for sickness. I think this is a systemic issue and not necessarily an issue with the doctor herself

We love Jen! She always listens to us and remembers our children’s medical history without us having to explain. She is the only doctor that has been so thorough with our care. Anytime I have her a question she answers them.

The care is always top notch -Jennifer MacMaster is thorough and respectful in every way. We are so thankful to have her as our children’s provider.

I think Jennifer McMaster is an amazing provider for my daughter’s care. She is always attentive, and thorough. I am very pleased with her and have never considered going anywhere else. The office staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful.

I would definitely recommend her as their primary care provider. She is an excellent physician and we could not ask for better. We really appreciate the time she takes with us and the knowledge and familiarity she has with our family. We believe seeing the same provider all the time creates Sense of trust in Community that doesn’t happen when you’re sent to various providers.

Kayla is so great with our son. He was happy to see her and she made checking vitals fun.

Jen and Kayla are always so prompt at answering questions on the portal and always so great at explaining what may be going on with my children. They never think twice about referring us out if they think it’s something that needs to be addressed by a specialist, and as I mom, I appreciate it more than they know.

My personal opinion is, she’s one of the best doctors we’ve ever had. If anybody deserves a raise, it’s this girl because she goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered, to check up on us and remembers who we are every visit. I definitely feel seen and heard every time we talk to her and describe her “amazing” ! You’re lucky to have her and so are we.

Jen and her nurse Kayla are outstanding. They are so kind and caring. I have never felt rushed, they listen and make you feel important. The job that they do is AMAZING!!!!!

What could have been done to improve your experience?
Longer hours available at the walk in clinic for follow ups. Many folks unable to receive care. I recommend extending walk in clinic hours.
