Dr. Mason is the best pediatrician around here. She always seems like she really loves her job which is very important to me for my kids. She makes sure to talk about consent in a way my toddler can understand when checking her private parts. She is genuinely the best doctor I could ask for for my children.

Dr Fell is a blessing. I feel so comfortable & confident with his ability to care for all my children properly. He always listens, with no judgment (I worry about everything and I know sometimes my worries are a bit extreme). His nurse Charles is fantastic. We absolutely love him & all my kids are always so excited to go to the doctors because of our favorite nurse! Lately for personal reasons, I have had issues with getting calls back or even getting my call answered. Megan is always putting forth the upmost effort to get into contact with me or answer calls but it’s very obvious on the days she is not there. I have thought about transferring offices for this reason. My children’s medical needs should be met regardless of how the other receptionist feels about me. Again, Dr Fell, Charles & Megan are such a great group and I am so thankful for them!! The other party really makes the office less welcoming…

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
My young [AGE] yr old was crying in the exam room. As he calmed I attempted to tell the nurse this is not typical behavior for the sake of medical info. (he is around new people often without showing fear/anxiety). While stating “he doesn’t often do this” the nurse cut me off mid sentence and said “Actually, he does” and proceeded to flip around the chart and read aloud to me how it was documented that he cried/screamed at his [AGE] visit. I’m perfectly ok acknowledging he previously cried at an appointment, and discussing ways to improve that, but the tone was rude and belittling in the moment. I know my toddler’s behavior is age appropriate and he only has outbursts like this at the Dr.’s, but I hate to think about how the parents of a child with special needs who has screaming outbursts would feel about discussing them and being met with such a rude tone. This experience has caused me to consider finding a different provider. Dr Fell was kind understanding about the crying.

It was great experience for the first visit. I was very worried with the way it went trying to get an appointment with them and how long I had to wait to get a call about them getting my records. Everyone there was amazing glad I stuck it out to go there

Doctor Fell is calm, kind, and down to earth. His gentle personality is great for young children and potentially anxious parents too. We're happy to see him each year and feel glad he's our child's pediatrician!

This provider yelled at my husband in front of my two month old son stating “oh so your a doctor now, you have it all figured out, don’t know why you need me then” this behavior is completely unprofessional and in called for. My husband had brought up concerns about our son and that was Dr. Masons response. Completely rude, unprofessional and uncalled for my child care has been transferred to a different facility. We will no longer be seeing Dr. Mason because of her unprofessionalism. Dr. Mason never really seem to care what I had to say as his mother she always brushed off our concerns and never fully treated our son.

Dr Fell and his team treat my kids with respect, listen to our concerns and work to address them each time. The kids enjoy the visits and being included in the discussions. Would 1000% recommend them.

Check in staff was not friendly. When offered next follow up appointment was asked what day of week or time is best. Answers to questions asked as a parent or often cold and unwelcoming. Dissatisfied that mental health screens are not explained to child who was expected to fill out on her own. Also mental health screens are to be completed in the lobby and not in a private setting. My child is 11 and doesn't understand the questions and I needed to explain each question. Thankfully no one was in the lobby at the time where she could answer honestly, unfortunately that might not always be the case and not the most appropriate place to be filling out such questionnaires that warrant truthful, honest answers.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
I do not like how the front office is run. The doctor is friendly and the nurses are mostly good. However, the lack of understanding is astounding. And I should not have to pay for a sports physical right after I got my child’s annual physical where they did all the things he needed. Then they refused to do the physical paperwork portion because supposedly they didn’t do the correct things at the annual check up. Why do I pay for an annual check up if I don’t get the full services.

The front desk staff does their job poorly, very rude on the phone when making appointments, and tries to tell others what they can and can’t do as far as booking appointments when they know nothing about insurance. And I have to make unnecessary appointments for sports physicals when the doctor could have just pulled the information from the yearly annual check up appointment, which was two days prior and should have involved an eye exam, to do the sports physical questions.

Dr. Mason failed to put in a referral for my son when I asked for her to put a referral in for all my children. The front staff is not friendly and are rude and think they know everything about insurance.

Fell is great. His male nurse is a little particular and his tone makes me think he doesn't approve of my answers and makes me think I waste his time if I ask any questions. Unpleasant.

Dr. Maria Mason has seen and examined our daughter kindly and consistently since birth. Her [AGE] year well check was more of the same experience. She's kind, down to earth and thorough. Our child was extra inspired to play doctor when we got home that day. Thanks!

We love Dr. Mason! She listens well to parents and takes their concerns into consideration when formulating a plan of care for all of our girls! She is always looking out for what’s in their best interest, is knowledgeable, proactive, and very down to earth. She interacts with our kids so well - they also love her! Even after getting a shot, my daughter wants to go see Dr. Mason.

As first time parents we were thrilled to find a doctor who cares for our child like we do. I do have to say we truly appreciate and enjoy chatting with everyone in the office when we are there. Special shout out to Charles for always being so friendly,helpful,kind, and knowledgeable. We trust Charles and Dr. Fell 100% with our sons care. Thank you!!!!
