What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We love dr mason!! She is SO knowledgeable which is you know super handy in a doctor. She explains things to me and always makes sure I (mama) am just as great as my babies! I will recommend her to anyone I know with children :)

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
We love, Dr. Maria Mason. She is wonderful with our kids. We are very happy with her support staff nurses. It’s a friendly environment and we feel confident any concerns we have will be addressed in a way that is appropriate, and we feel satisfied with the answers.

Dr. Mason is a kind caring Doctor who is very relatable. She listens and has sound recommendations. She also prioritize interacting with the child so they feel comfortable and safe. Very impressed with her.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Mason and her staff are amazing. They made me feel at ease. They even called on the weekends to tell me the diagnoses and treatment. I was able to change the pharmacy so I can get the meds during the weekend.

Dr. Mason had a hard conversation with us at our last appointment. She was firm, but kind and it was obvious it came from a caring place. She is a great Dr and we are happy to have her.

Dr. Fell and our regular nurse Thomas have been nothing but the best we could ask for. Very knowledgeable of all things we asked. Efficient with the shots our son received so he was minimally upset and always accommodating to allow us the time needed afterwards to make him comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better care team

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Mason is always thorough and we never feel rushed when we take our child to her. She takes the time to explain everything and answers all of our questions. We leave feeling reassured that our daughter is in the best care. She is very interactive, always smiling, and always validates our concerns.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
[Name] fell in love with Dr. Fell when he visited her in the hospital when she was admitted. She is autistic and she connected with him immediately. He is wonderful to her and I was impressed he knew about her medical history when we went to our first appointment. I am so glad we switched her health care to Dr. Fell!!!

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Dr. Maria Mason is amazing, after meeting her with the birth of my son. We immediately started initiating the process to move our daughter here from a different provider. She’s so great with kids, and so easy to communicate with about concerns. I even had a follow up comment through the portal that she responded to in a very timely fashion. I very much appreciate her, making us feel heard and our concerns valid.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
Front desk were friendly, always smiling. The MA is always kind and thorough and the MA and Dr Fell talk to my child and me- Dr Fell listened well to both me and my child and treated appropriately. We appreciate him and his office!

Best provided we have had. He is kind and makes time for his patients and their concerns. I never feel in a rush and I feel heard! Thomas Fell is the best provider that MidMichigan Pediatrics has had in years!

Maria Mason is an excellent provider, however office policies impede on receiving appropriate level of care needed. Getting an appointment is difficult and office will not deviate from established policies to provide care objectively.

My [Age] old said "Doctor Mason" a dozen times throughout the day, after her appointment. She enjoyed meeting with her. Dr. Maria Mason is exactly the pediatrician we were hoping to find here in Alpena and we're glad to call her ours! She is great with my child and I trust her knowledge and advice.

Dr fell has the best bedside manner. Concerned about the parent as much as the child. Dr fell is always kind and patient during our routine visits.

I recommend all my friends with children use MyMichigan Pediatrics. Both Dr. Fell and Dr. Mason are great and we love all the staff up there!

Dr. Fell and his assistant Charles were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we happened to run into them in the elevator thro the entire appointment. They have my husband and I confidence in the care team as well as comfort in any concerns to be addressed quickly and accurately in the future. We look forward to working with the office.
