As first time parents we were thrilled to find a doctor who cares for our child like we do. I do have to say we truly appreciate and enjoy chatting with everyone in the office when we are there. Special shout out to Charles for always being so friendly,helpful,kind, and knowledgeable. We trust Charles and Dr. Fell 100% with our sons care. Thank you!!!!

We had our newborn visit with Dr Fell. This was my families first time to the clinic. Everyone from the receptionist, Charles, the MA, and Dr Fell the experience was positive and we felt informed about our newborns care!

The thing I appreciate the most about this office is yes of course they do everything by the book which is important but what I appreciate the most is that they never Force anything on us or try to convince us of some things important if I don't want it done they just asked me to sign a waiver and no pressure which is greatly appreciated

Office is always welcoming, understanding and patient with kids and parents. Dr Fell continues to reassure our nerves after our baby had surgery from a “catch” Dr Fell discovered and directed us to get an ultrasound. Very pleased.

Dr Fell and his nurse (Chad?) are exceptional. I’ve had 3 teen boys and a tween boy at this office and they all felt comfortable with them both. Dr and nurse are always very supportive, respectful and courteous. Thanks!

That this last time did I did not feel heard or that there was concern for what was happening with [Name]s health. Almost like I was dismissed. Not sure if Dr. fell was having an off day or what but felt very dismissed

Dr. Thomas Fell is by far the best pediatrician. He is kind, he is patient and he is very knowledgeable and willing to do all he can for the sake of the child’s health. His nurse as well if absolutely fantastic and has a warm welcome to kids and makes them feel comfortable as does Dr. Fell. The office staff is also wonderful and always kind and compassionate! I would 1000% recommend Dr. Fell and his staff to any parents with children (and have done so already)!

Our child has been very sick for a couple weeks. Rachel has been incredibly helpful and caring— she has responded to our messages quickly and made us feel heard & supported as we try to get our child better.

I am extremely happy with Alpena Pediatrics. We had our very first visit with Dr Fell the other day and he was great. My daughter really likes the office as well.

I think the staff is friendly and super responsive. I wasn’t thrilled the prescription my daughter needed had been forgotten to be sent in and then I had to wait another two days for the pharmacy to get it.
