Dr fell has the best bedside manner. Concerned about the parent as much as the child. Dr fell is always kind and patient during our routine visits.

Dr. Fell and his assistant Charles were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we happened to run into them in the elevator thro the entire appointment. They have my husband and I confidence in the care team as well as comfort in any concerns to be addressed quickly and accurately in the future. We look forward to working with the office.

I have a complex medically fragile child, his needs are enormous and complicated. Dr Fell took the time to review all notes, make notes and engage with me any questions and referrals needed to make his life more compete and mine less complicated.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing, honestly, he gave us a huge amount of time to go over all my child information.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Fell is always very patient with my little guy. He listens to my suggestions as his mom and never makes us feel like an inconvenience. Both Dr. Fell and Charles are extremely helpful with my guys’ needs and it shows. My son is comfortable with both of them and that makes a huge difference in his care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Nothing. Everyone has been excellent and I’m very happy with our decision to come to this office.

I am very happy with Dr Fell and the team at My Michigan Health. Dr Fell always listens to all questions and concerns and gives a response to everything. He talks to you as a friend, and treats your child as if his own. I feel like my sons and daughters care is in great hands with Dr Fell.

Dr Fell is outstanding, a great doctor that offers advice, listens well and I genuinely love him as our pediatrician
What could have been done to improve your experience?
The vibe of the office is very flat. Everyone at the front desk looks less than pleased, and I know Covid has changed the way we operate in general, but the office could be a touch more fun for kids.

Charles is outstanding....he is funny and makes my son feel comfortable, which is VERY difficult. Dr. Tom is very patient, understanding, and willing to try other options. I am very happy with the help we have received in your office.

Dr Fell bedside manner. With being a new parent and being unsure and anxious of the changes our child was having month to month and the follow up visit from the ED he answered all my questions, continued to educate us as new parents, and always was attentive to our needs as parents but also our child’s.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
More friendly triage over the phone. I’ve had many parents who take their children to this office that feel defeated or unlisted to when they call for advice. Parents are scared and reaching out to professionals, we just want to feel like we’re cared for instead of an annoyance.

Dr. Fell's compassion for our son's issues and the strain we have been under, trying to help and understand him. He was the only doctor to take our concerns seriously and seek to resolve them, and [my son] is doing exceptionally better under his care. Dr. Fell and his MA make the visits enjoyable.

Great staff everyone we were in contact with was friendly and assertive. Dr. Fell is very easy to talk to and understand. My daughter and I felt relieved after our visit.

Always warm and receptive in the office. I couldn't ask for a better nurse/doctor for my daughter!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
When my daughter was sick I called to confirm I should still bring my daughter in for her shots. Someone called me back at 5:02 and said 'I can't understand what you're saying and now we're closed so call back tomorrow'. Then I received a message in the morning from the clinic acknowledging my voicemail and saying to still bring her in. How did one receptionist not understand me and dismiss my concern until closing time if someone else understood?

Charles from the office does an incredible job everytime we have had a visit. It is quite apparent that he suits this job very well! Extremely good with children and helps the experience overall a more inviting, helpful and relatable process for myself and my child. I believe this is our third time seeing Dr. Thomas K Fell. And I also believe he was just assigned to us and I could not be happier that he will be my Sons Doctor. My child was at his best during this last visit and I believe that to be the result of the them both making him feel at ease, they were responsive to his curiosity. They were patient and gentle. Asked us important questions as well as listened to me. We haven't had to wait long, ever, which is vital to get in and out with a child but not feeling like we were rushed or just another patient to cross off the list for the day. My Son just turned 3 and very happy with our care at this office.
