I think Dr.Schmitt is very nice and so is the front desk. However, I’m upset with the lab technician I had at my last appointment.

Best experience with her. She even took the time to answer my husband's questions. She is a definite asset to My Michigan Health. I wish I could have her for my primary care. She was very knowledgeable about all of my health issues.

I had a 10am appointment on [date] I came 15 minutes early, per the request from my appointment reminders. At 10:30, when I still had not been called back, I asked if I would be called back soon & the office staff said they didn’t know. I had already paid my copay, checked in online & came on time…early in fact. I wound up leaving at 10:30 due to not being able to continue to wait.

Dr. Jennifer Schmidt has been excellent for my situation and appointments. Very friendly, caring, knowledgeable, etc. I followed her from Saginaw to the Mt. Pleasant office, so that should speak volumes!
